Sure, you might think that if you didn't watch it. However, those that watched it know that the 240 priests, pastors, rabbis, imams behind Glenn and in the crowd are our religious leaders (The [new] Black Robe Regiment).

But you'll all keep misrepresenting it.

I am not a fan of Beck, but I really thought there was a lack of passion in the audience for this rally. I know its hard to be absolutely certain, but I thought there was a time when Beck was droning on and on when he tried to rev them up, but there seemed to be little response. I mean being the Tea Party is fun. Its full of dumping on the people in power and venting angry thoughts.

But Beck's long rambling speech did not seem to move people like complaining about liberals. What compounded all this was Beck speech really wasn't very good. It was all over the place between sacrifice for future generations, founding fathers, no need for someone to rule us, how God should rule us. No central point other than go to church the next day.

There was nothing in Beck's speech that was scary. But what I did hear was BORING! I think you saw it from the audience response that's I am not the only one who thought that.

Yes, but most of evangelical Christianity considers mormonism a cult.

The difference between a religion and a cult is that the religion is recognized by the state.

The difference between a religion and a cult, in the eye of Evangelicals, is in holding to the essentials of the faith. Mormons don't.
