Failure is made possible by liberty.
Some people tell you their bias.
Some people hide theirs and claim to be objective.
The former are honest, the latter are liars.
When it comes to media, those are your choices. There is no objective voice. It is a myth.

Please do because I get bent out of shape over what someone on the internet says. I don't doubt they do, News Corp however by their own ethics code forbids doing so either way. What they mostly do is hire lobbyist for issues that deal with entertainment and broadcast and I'm sure some convincing of both sides is done in that situation. Before I embarass you, are you claiming News Corp has never given to Democrats? Thats your position?
Couldn't be further off from the point! NBC Universal is actually getting sold off to Comcast because it is not profitable for GE at all. Also, a vast majority of GE's profits do not actually come from consumer electronics but rather contracts they have with the government, airplane manufactuers, medical establishments, and so on.Also, NBC is nothing but safety net for General Electric to sell more product. What better way to make a buck then to startle sheep into electing politicians that will mandate their products for the greater good.
I think the bigger issue that media have with Fox news is their own CEO not even a year ago said that he thinks their company should not take sides on politics and should not support groups like the tea party or any other groups and said they would look into remedying the situation. Well, this was their remedy.
"We’re going to close the unproductive tax loopholes that allow some of the truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share. In theory, some of those loopholes were understandable, but in practice they sometimes made it possible for millionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying ten percent of his salary, and that’s crazy." -Reagan
