Yes folks, he said it... omnipresent & omnipotent... our Almighty Federal Government

.

Wonder how many elected officials have read, studied or understand the Consitution? IMO, Stark needs some education. It is a concern and scary that some officials believe what Stark stated.

I think its time to start drug testing congress.

If anything, we need to drug test the electorate, since they voted him into office. That said, I am not sure how the 13th Amendment makes healthcare illegal. I don't really buy into the woman's argument.

forget that.

i remember reading once that after the Spartan kings were done with their elected reign, they immediately went on trial where they had to defend all their decisions.

let's attach these peoples' fidelity to limited government and the Constitution to their freedom or their lives; methinks we will be much better governed for it.

That statement alone should disqualify him from running again considering the oath to uphold the constitution and all. Maybe even a perjury charge to start, audit his decisions, and hold him accountable. I'm sick of this ****!

Most people need some kind of leadership to survive. Sometimes leaders help, sometimes they don't. So quityourbellyaching.

Politicians like this scare me. What worries me is that many share the same belief he does, but they don't vocalize it as strongly as he has.

Quit MY bellyaching? Is that waht you got out of my reply? That I WAS? Au contraire...I thought the woman in the video was rude and a bitch and basically orchestrated the question so that his response is what I would consider 'normal'. Hell...Im on her side and I would have been much more rude with my response to her.

See the post on the Va. lawsuit.

indeed; he swore an oath; how can that not be considered legally binding?

destroy large sections of it. from within if possible; from without if not.

Stark is the sort of scumbag that people should keep in mind the next time Pelosi or Schumer or Sarah Brady whines that we don't need second amendment rights. a government consisting of a majority thinking like that turd would probably justify an armed rebellion.

Fine Washington Thunderdome then.

I could go for that.:) In fact, I would probably have made a good Spartan citizen.

Doctors would become slaves of the state. Why not skateboarders? Hockey players? Hoop meisters? Why isn't their business confiscated, their wages regulated, their services dictated... for the good of the people?

The Doctor as slave bit starts at 06:55.

You got the "I even agree with her" part...right?

Do you get the difference between Reagan and her? Reagan didnt run around speaking to democrats like the way she did. He was positive and respectful, though direct and blunt.

Also...he gave a much more effective means of addressing this starting at 9:55...
