Obama's stated policy is not to impose the Fairness Doctrine. So far he has followed that.

How'd that work out for Obama's position on taxes? Let me guess... you're not going to answer...
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

You forget that the President is the Chief Executive Officer of the land who is supposed to carry out the laws enacted by Congress (House and Senate). Since the Dems have the majority in both houses, who is to say they won't pass the Fairness Doctrine or try to pass a law to repeal the Second Amendment?

Yep. You ask a totally irrelevant question, you get no answer.

Typical games from you. This is a classic fallacy trick.

WHEN and IF Obama moves to impose the Fairness Doctrine, let us know. Until then, you have absolutely nothing, and you know it.

Circuit Court Judge Charles E. Poston ordered an immediate removal of the website May4thCounts.com, stating that other legal action "is not adequate under the particular circumstances of this case."

This is my hometown. I am ashamed of it. Talk about suppression of free speech combined with ugly politics! This story should go national soon.
Good god, you're in Va Beach?

Obama doesn't make laws. Congress (House and Senate) do. Obama can suggest and twist arms like he did with the Health Care bill. Then again, the way the Constitution has been raped, never say never.

    Yes.

So why did you bring him up in the first place?
