On NBC-TV's The Today Show, the Republican member of the Senate Judiciary Committee threw out the name of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton as someone who might be nominated by Democratic President Barack Obama to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.
