I call BS.

Never once in my life have I had to produce a birth certificate to get/renew a driver's license.

Although, I suppose, if one were known by authorities to be systematically attempting to overthrow/undermine our government, and who loudly and publicly defames the President of the United States at every opportunity, well, it's possible you're on some list.

Stamp is not visible because its a scanned document. The stamp is imprinted and on the reverse side. If you did research you'd know this.

Legal presence means that you are a U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or otherwise legally present in the U.S.

When you apply for a driver license, driver permit or identification card you will be required to provide at least one document listed below as proof that you are a U.S. citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident or that you are legally present in the U.S. for a temporary period of time.

You have no idea how our laws work that much is apparent. In order to have standing you must show that all americans are hurt by Obama being president. The supreme court already decided this on its merits when its Chief Justice swore him in.

That was the deal Glinda agreed to, until I wanted proof that she would pay..... then it's been nothing but chicken crap from her and PM.

So what is your best guess of how this case (the OP) is going to turn out?

Mine is, they will rescind his orders, just like the last 2 times someone refused to deploy..... that way there won't be a discovery that would bring all of Barry's records into a court.

Up until recently (since Barry), I seem to remember long prison sentences, even for lowly draft dodgers (Cassius Clay).

Look crazy? Hes been crazy for quite sometime. I love this new faither line of his. Considering they have no evidence to prove their claims yet think hes not a citizen.
