I find it amusing when a party politician breaks ranks, he is applauded by the opposing team for doing what is right. When their own break ranks, they are worthless traitors.
Both sides do it.

Both parties need more in the middle of the road, where the real work gets done. The bifurcation of American politics that we have seen develop over the past two decades is unhealthy. There are too many important things to get done for us to have one party propose and another party just oppose.
