Sarah Palin Makes a Statement. Again.

I'll answer your question. No, government prohibiting it will not solve the problem. The government needs to educate the public on the risks they are taking. Afterall there is a 39 out of 40 chance the child will be normal.

So answer my question. Do you think a 44 year old female should take that kind of risk on her child?
Don't think it is any of my damn business.

.

But it is your business of a mother aborts her baby.
Just playing russian roulette with a baby's chances is okay though?

I think we all can see your reasonings.

A 17 or 18 year old shouldn't be immature. They can join the military, vote, drive and in some places drink so I think it's not very extreme to expect one to be responsible and accountable.

We give way too much slack, these days, for those who are well of age to be making wise adult decisions. . . and we wonder why we have Bristol's exact situation going on - too much slack, escapes and bailouts.

What ticks me off about him is that he *was* there and *now* he's not - he abandoned that baby after he decided that he was going ot be a father.

That's scummy.

Men should never be forced to be fathers (nor should women be forced to be mothers). However, I agree with you that he should have made up his damn mind well before the baby was born. I respect the Palins for not going after him for child support though.

Where have I said it is any of my business if a woman aborts her pregnacy? You seem to be assuming a lot there, Skippy. ;)

You are the one on a rant about a woman making the choice to carry a defective baby to term. Seems you are the one who is anti-choice..... or are you just very pro-abortion.

Here is your challenge for the day. Where did I mentioned a woman making a choice to carry a defective baby to term? No, you can't and that makes you nothing but a liar. You are the one ranting about abortion in every one of your postings.

I answered your question about if government should prohibit a woman over certain age of having babies with a direct no/yes answer. Without any spin or namecalling.

You on the other hand have to resort to cute name calling and some attempt to spin things.
Here try again.
So you tell me if it is worth the risk of having a child at age of 44 when you know the odds of having a child with Downs Syndrome is 1 in 40? Is it worth it? Comparing the odds at age of 20 being 1 in 1500.

You do understand that, once a woman becomes pregnant, she can chose to carry the baby to term and deliver or she can have an abortion, don't you? Maybe that's the problem; you just don't understand that simple fact of life. :doh

Me ranting? I simply asked a question about how you are would achieve something you consider so imperative.

Name calling? If referring to you as Skippy offended you so much, I am sorry. There, do you feel better now, Sweetie?

It is up to the woman to determine if the risk is worth it. As I said before, it is none of my damn business. There is no risk to me, either way.

You on the other hand, seem to think a woman having a baby after a certain age is your business. So how would you go about achieving your objective?

.

One would hope after attending 5 or 6 colleges and already having 3 children that Sarah would have learned how a woman becomes pregnant. It would be before pregnancy that she would address if it was worth the risk to become pregnant. Obviously she doesn't think too far into the future. But there does seem to be a problem with Palin household in controlling pregnancies.

As for ranting about abortions , it is you with the tagline on abortions. You seem to be so preoccupied with abortions.

The juvenile name calling and emoticons is just typical right winger debating skills of low substances.

So if you don't care if a woman risks her child's welfare why do you even care about aborting that baby one way or another? You would probably allow bars to sell alcohol to pregnant women too as it doesn't effect you.

So do you favor forced sterization at some specific age? Don't want these ignorant woman that don't think about the future becoming pregnant, now do we?

My tag line was from a thread about a woman that killed a pregnant woman and cut the baby out because she wanted a baby. Someone on DP that has expressed a very pro-abortion view made the statement, "What kind of person cuts a baby out of a woman?". I though, under the circumstances, her statement was hillarious. I do not have it there as an expression of my stance on abortion. Once again, YOU FAIL.

Name calling? let's see, I call you Skippy and Sweetie, you call me Liar. Which would you rather be called? You must be a fragle little fella? :rofl

As I said, a woman's age when she has a baby is none of my damn business. Whether she drinks, smokes, does hard drugs, etc, etc, is also none of my damn business.

You seem to be having a real problem with this concept. But then I guess one, such as yourself, who thinks it is their business to dictate at what age a woman can have a baby would have trouble understanding that concept.

..... You don't really care about the age that women have babies, now do you? You are just using this as an opportunity to rail against Palin?

.

WEll maybe contraception would have been more regularly available in the Palin household we would even be discussing this.Who is the irresponsible person here?

No one is forcing you to discuss it, since it's really none of your business.
