It's not about the money.

Here's the Better Business Bureau's analysis of the Houston Southeast Texas Planned Parenthood.

They took in around $7mil in clinic fees, but *spent* $16million on program expenses.

They're a non-profit.

I'm still googling about for that - it should be public, as they are a non-profit federation. My offhand guess is that much of this is going to subsidized medical care. When I was first a Planned Parenthood client, much of the cost of my birth control pills was subsidized. I also remember them offering sliding scale exams, for those who needed it.

BBB I have little faith, they are only as good has the information given to them, garbage in..garbage out. I can guarantee you if you flat rated the expenses at 7 million, these doctors/clinics would leave like rats of a sinking ship.

The plan parenthood motive was to teach how to avoid pregnancy and or how to deal with it up to and including abortions. According to Abby Johnson plan parenthood promoted abortions above all else, motivated by revenue taken in.

Kinda like the city health inspectors, come rate me and if I get a good rating, 500 dollars in your wallet..tax free. people are easily corruptible, sorry for the cynicism by I have seen a lot in my years and I have dealt with the BBB.
