The point about media involvement is well taken. And in general I think the US justice system gets **** on more than it deserves, but there are exceptions. One of the worst I've ever heard of is in the article linked below. One of the reasons it came to mind is that the initial conviction was largely the result of crappy expert testimony that turned out to be based on, essentially, old wives tales.

Your instincts are handicapped by your obvious negligence in studying the case. You really should refrain from basing your judgment of people on passing glances at the cover of supermarket tabloids.

This case is a profound disgrace to the Italian criminal justice system. This prosecutor is obviously insane. He should have been removed from office years ago.

Although many witnesses has sworned that she was at home that night she was released .Her eyes looks like devil and she doesnt seem to be innocent.of course ı wasnt there when the murder was commited but my 6th senses and gthe witnesses say she is the killer.
