Breaking: Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar” Is Promoting Child Porn in the Classroom

So it is available for teachers to use but not available to students?
JC-hysterical.gif

Uh, yeah. You seem to be the only one failing to grasp that reality.

If teachers order these books where do you think they will use them?

Show me that the books found their way into the hands of an 8 year old because of this list and then you have a point. Until then, you have nothing but a bunch of hysterical nonsense.

Uh, yeah. You seem to be the only one failing to grasp that reality.

So teachers are not going to buy them for use in the school? Is that not why GLSEN has them on the list?

I find this not suitable for teens without parents knowledge.

You know, teachers do reference material for their own use in putting together lessons.

That still does not answer for the fact that you are dishonestly portraying this as being passed out to children when the article specifically states otherwise.

Well then show me where it's being passed out to teens without parental consent. Otherwise, we are still at you having nothing.

Where does the article tell teachers not to pass out these books in class?

I am sure Jennings GLSEN would not do that.

The article is not responsible for telling the teachers not to pass out these books.

So I assume you have no answer to the question I posed and that's why you are attempting to bounce around in the hopes that you actually make a point by stumbling on one randomly.

Defining sex acts is not pornography

Correct, discussing sex is not pornography. This discussion has nothing to do with pornography. The word "pornography" is being used in this thread to elicit an emotional reaction, instead of talking about the facts.

This is disgusting.
Well the fact that you had to lie in the title of your thread while pretending to have morals is. lol

Gateway Pundit

What we discovered shocked us. We were flabbergasted. Rendered speechless.
Translation: It didn't have any child porn in it so we were pissed.

Word of advice, if you have to point out that you were "flabbergasted", then it can't really that offensive. Who actually says that other than 80 year olds anyway? lol

We were unprepared for what we encountered. Book after book after book contained stories and anecdotes that weren’t merely X-rated and pornographic, but which featured explicit descriptions of sex acts between pre-schoolers; stories that seemed to promote and recommend child-adult sexual relationships; stories of public masturbation, anal sex in restrooms, affairs between students and teachers, five-year-olds playing sex games, semen flying through the air.
Is this article about the books or Rev. Ted Haggart's wet dreams? Sounds more like the latter.

If these religious nutjobs actually expect anyone to believe this, then I feel sincerely sorry for them. A couple years ago, the had an article lying that Abercrombie & Fitch was running a child porn ring (they claimed that some of the models in their pornographic magazines were underage) - and obviously they were lying and trying to create fear, just like they are now.

Sad that the have to stoop to this level of stupidity, it used to be amusing but now it's just pathetic...

One memoir even praised becoming a prostitute as a way to increase one’s self-esteem.
OMG!!!!! *GASP*

But I'm guessing you guys'd approve of this being read to children in schools:

"Any child that curses his father or mother shall be put to death"

"Do not spare them, put to death men, women, children, infants"

"Kill all the men and women in the city except for the virgin girls, you are to take them as booty for yourselves."

"If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her."

"Any girl who is not a virgin on her wedding night shall be put to death"

"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives."

"Cursed be he who does the Lords work remissly, cursed he who holds back his sword from blood."

"Anyone who is captured will be run through with a sword. Their little children will be dashed to death right before their eyes. Their homes will be sacked and their wives raped by the attacking hordes. For I will stir up the Medes against Babylon, and no amount of silver or gold will buy them off. The attacking armies will shoot down the young people with arrows. They will have no mercy on helpless babies and will show no compassion for the children."

"So they sent twelve thousand warriors to Jabesh-gilead with orders to kill everyone there, including women and children. "This is what you are to do," they said. "Completely destroy all the males and every woman who is not a virgin." Among the residents of Jabesh-gilead they found four hundred young virgins who had never slept with a man, and they brought them to the camp at Shiloh in the land of Canaan"

All in the "good Book (and I use the term "good" very loosely.

Evil Bible Home Page

Are we exaggerating, or misconstruing quotes that could be interpreted a different way?
Who ever said you did that? If you have to make an effort to tell people in a news article "BTW, we are not lying", then it's blatantly obvious that you are. :rofl

No: Read the passages below and judge for yourself. There’s no wiggle room. The language is explicit, the intent clear.
Sure... Why would any credible source have to tell it's readers "BTW, we are not lying", not once, but twice (and in the same paragraph no less). Pathetic...

To be specific, the books we read were:

Queer 13

Being Different

The Full Spectrum

Revolutionary Voices

Reflections of a Rock Lobster

Passages of Pride

Growing Up Gay/Growing Up Lesbian

The Order of the Poison Oak

In Your Face

Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son

Love & Sex: Ten Stories of Truth

We....blah blah blah blah buh-lah

Let it be clear: This issue has nothing to do with gayness or straightness
Translation: Everyone knows we're homophobes, therefore we have to make a note to point out that 'this time' it's isn't just about gayness. When it is.

Fail

The point proven here is that the GLSEN reading list promotes the sexualization of children in general, regardless of the “orientation.”
Good. :) Studies show that states with the least amount of sex-ed also have the highest teen pregnancy and rape rates

If you puzzies find peepees and coochies so "scary" (other than Ted Haggart's), then just do us all a favor and remain a 40-year old virgin so that you won't contaminate the gene pool further with your 'intellectual deviancy'.

This was a joke right? I mean, there aren't people who actually could have read this without loling. Seriously right? Right???

Ptif219 thinks everything is porn. Still didn't get the Lady Gaga joke I see.
I'm guessing everything except for the Bible passages which promote child rape, infanticide, and sexual slavery (because it's not pedophilia when Jebus' does it).

BTW, this thread isn't "news" - it's just a Catholic Priest's wet dream put in writing. It belongs in the Partisan politics forum.

You're just trolling, Toothpic.

Queering the Schools by Marjorie King, City Journal Spring 2003

Obama appoints Homosexual Propagandist to Education : Western Journalism.com
You need to be more discerning about the quality and truthfulness of articles you present.
Both are highly partisan opinion pieces, to wit:
"Jennings is perfect for the Obama regime since, like Obama, he’s a zealot for promoting homosexuality."

The second one also contains blatant lies and smears, you discredit yourself with this drivel:
"But Jennings himself has no problem with child/adult sex. He wrote that when he was a teacher a student came to him and confessed he had sex with an adult but the child left his office, Jennings wrote, “with a smile on his face.” Apparently, Jennings told the kid that nothing bad happened."
To start with, the "child" was of legal age to consent, and more importantly, Jennings cites this incidence as a mistake from the past as an inexperienced teacher which he regrets.

You're just trolling, Toothpic.
I may have been, but I thoroughly debunked the "credibility" of the radical source he provided as "news". And like it or not, I made a valid point. The same website that resorted to lying about the content of those books does support Bibles being read in schools (and I used exact quotes from the Bible), so assuming that the books really did contain what the site claimed, how would that be any worse than reading Bible passages about child rape, genocide, incest, bestiality, sexual slavery, etc to children?

So now you want me to prove a negative?

Was he of legal age at the time of the sex? Or are you going by what Jennings claims. So these articles have no facts?

Where do you get your info from, anti-gay propaganda sites and Obama-bashing pundits? :2razz:
I suppose Fox News is too "liberal" for you?
EDITOR'S NOTE: Since this story was originally published, the former student referred to as "Brewster" has stepped forward to reveal that he was 16 years old, not 15, at the time of the incident described in this report.

:2wave:

So these articles have no facts?

What's so funny about destroying somebody's reputation with smears and lies?

I have not said that "these articles have no facts", they are partisan opinion pieces and I exposed one blatant lie, which should be enough to cast doubt on the content. And I urged you to be more careful and fact-check such outrageous claims from partisan pundits.
One has as much, or little, credibility as the material one presents.

So I guess the fisting at Jennings GLSEN function was also a lie.

The GLSEN is influencing kids to accept gays as normal and right which is wrong

I don't think this word "pornographic" means what you think it does.
