It's not really the tape that made her less noble.

1) It was preaching morality to the rest of us, and not practicing what she preached.

2) It was lying about making the porn flick.

The problem I have with these types is not really their moralizing to the rest of us. The problem is moralizing to the rest of us, while not practicing the morals they are attempting to dictate to the rest of us.

In short, she should not be trying to shove things down the throats of others, while she is making movies that show things being shoved down HER throat. LOL.

Sorry Jall....I have to disagree. This wasn't exactly a "private" sex tape.
Regardless....you held herself up as a spokesperson for family values and tried to milk the little miss martyr for all it was worth. All the while knowing that she was hardly the model that she pretended to be.

Yes it would. Accepting money to be a spokesperson for "conservative family values" while filming X-rated movies of yourself is, indeed, less than noble.

I could care less about her opinion, but since the pageant, she's accepted money to give presentations for "family values organizations" and said things like "God has a bigger crown for me in heaven". And not only that, but she denied being the woman in the porn film and claim it was "disgusting".

Prejean was a representative of the lunatic moral values fringe. As such, she was open to having BS called on her.

And it wasn't blackmail. Nobody demanded money not to publish. If there was any funny business in this scandal, it was most likely attempted extortion, in Prejean's "slap suit", hoping it would scare pageant officials into reversing their decision.
