Who says she has not?
Do you have evidence that she has?
Who says she has not?
Who says she has not? Now she wants to see how it is done right maybe? Maybe you missed the part where she praises the US....
Do you have evidence that she has?
PeteEU which countries need investigating more in your opinion in terms of Human Rights abuses:
Cuba
North Korea
China
USA
Canada
Japan
Please list them in order which if you could make happen, you would. Seriously.
North Korea, Cuba, China, Japan, USA, Canada.
But let me ask you. Just because a country is a democracy and a free society, does that mean it should be exempt from any investigation of any sort into possible human rights abuses? Do you really believe that just because the US is a democracy (or Canada, or Spain or whoever) that they cant abuse human rights?
So since she took office in 2008, she has been Spain, South Africa, Maldives and Canada.
Ya those are countries with a prolific record of human rights abuses in need of serious scrutiny and investigation.

They can.
They also have systems in place to correct that. The UN is not the right venue for such.
The UN and other humanitarian organisations for years claimed Israel was using torture, and Israel denied doing so. And then one day they were forced to admit that they had and the UN and other humanitarian organisations were correct in their accusations.
You have a link to this story? First I have heard of it.
The definition of torture changes. Used to be it was mistreating prisoners because you had a hate for them... pain just because they were the enemy.
Now it's if you don't put them in their own Hotel room with room service, full gym membership and full cable.

First of all, the Independent can kiss my ass! That website crashed my browser 3 times. I'll never visit them again.
Odd.. you checked for spyware and malware?
Yep, no worries. It was just some html that IE diddn't like. Probably IE not fully supporting the standard.
So you loose the argument and now you turn to attacking what countries she visited? Have you even understood what her job is?

I agree that we arent an isolated country but if a US bank has committed something illegal according to US laws than only US lawyers should look into it. The UN has no business in this.
the US is just afraid of the world court. that is why they never signed on. a pack of..... at the top. well i won't say it. i always get in trouble when i use the cowards word.
Um no we aren't afraid of it we didn't sign on to it because it violates the US Constitution in numerous ways.
like you don't violate it every day in one way or another.
okay you can continue to hide behind a slip of paper that you have shredded a million times over. it is okay.
Such as?
It's not a slip of paper it's the supreme law of the land, the ICC is a tyrannical body populated by unaccountable prosecutors and judges selected by a body populated by tyrannical and despotic regimes.
Sorry to disappoint but the U.S. won't be getting rid of due process for its citizens any time soon.
