Relatively speaking, Olbermann was a good guy during the Bush administration, speaking out against government tyranny, and Beck was a communist stooge. Now things are suddenly reversed - Olbermann is a fascist and Beck is a freedom fighter. WTF?!
Rational people unaccustomed to the political circus find themselves in disbelief every 4 / 8 / 12 years when the diapers of government power are renewed...
Isn't it exciting when media personalities have a dick measuring contest on television and now the internet and its should-have-been aborted fetus Twitter?
"We all of us know down here that politics is a tough game. And I don't think there's any point in being Irish if you don't know that the world is going to break your heart eventually."-Daniel Patrick Moynihan, December 5, 1963
This is why politics is a blood sport.
Jackboots always come in matched pairs, a left boot and a right boot.
Olberman is nothing more then a federal government, fascist pawn doing their bidding.
You can hear that slurping sound with the head-bob right?
Olberman has and always will be a joke. His hatred and anger are all he has.
And yet, I'm almost certain that you can't accurately identify that ideology. More importantly, the Nazi comparison is obviously disingenuous because the mention of that political movement is intended to evoke thoughts of their domestic repression, persecution and slaughter of racial and ethnic minorities and political opponents, and military campaign throughout Europe. Their preferred economic policies are as irrelevant to that agenda as Hitler's mustache is, so their adoption of them would no more discredit them than Hitler would discredit mustache-wearing.
