Are you trying to say secessionists aren't crazy?

    Really?!?!?!?

Can you provide any more information on these competing theories of gravity.

Oh wait, I get it - just looked it up.

Gravity itself is a law - things fall when you drop them. The Theory of Gravity is the mechanics behind it - particle interaction, Relativity, Lorentz symmetry, Dynamic Theory - even Newton had issues with his own Theory of Gravity.

My bad - when you said gravity was just a theory I thought you meant the actual fact of gravity, not how it works.

I explained that way back on page 23. I was trying to get him to clarify the difference between the two which he apparently can't do, as he ignores my questions and asks different questions.

He's realized he's in over his head and treading water. I'd prefer to debate him on a topic of which he's more familiar.

Precisely! One of the things I've been debating for 20-some pages is there's nothing wrong with discussing "opinions," to which I was met with an onslaught of "we discuss only facts." People seem to have lost the ability to think for themselves.

No, you refused to answer my question. Please explain how an apple falling can be explained by something other than gravity.

And it is you that cannot understand this argument. You locked yourself in a hole from your first post and have been desperately trying to dig yourself out, since...with no success.

You STILL miss the point. There is nothing wrong with arguing opinions or facts. The problem is that you have shown over and over that you do not know the difference.

Re: 'We hate the United States': Secessionists rally in Texas

    Update!!!!!!
Right wing “terrorist” says he misspoke

Redding, CA Sixty seven year old Bert Stead is a portly, soft spoken, slightly grey and thin haired senior who rides a Goldwing motorcycle. Stead could not have imagined that he would be part of a controversy that erupted on a national scale after Second District Republican Congressman Wally Herger praised Stead’s comment at an Aug. 18 Redding health care town hall when at the end of his remarks Stead proclaimed, “I am a proud right wing terrorist.”

Herger responded with “Amen. God bless you. There goes a great American.”

Published in the Southern Siskiyou Newspapers, Herger’s remarks have been picked up by the national media and have generated fierce denunciations and lively debate.

Stead says it was not his intention to use the work “terrorist” and his remarks were in response to Democratic policies and pronouncements."“I meant to say extremist.... I was defending my right to be extreme, but not in the same sense as going out and doing violence. One of Barak’s people called us extremists. I am not a terrorist. I am a patriot.”

As for Herger’s remarks, Stead thinks Herger misunderstood him.

“I think Wally heard extremist,” Stead said.
Heh. The guy who said it doesn't even stand by it! And even if Herger did misunderstand him (which I find difficult to believe in the extreme; in the video, it's quite clear what he said), this still doesn't explain the loud and enthusiastic response he received from the crowd.

Finally, on the subject of Mr. Stead's videotaped remarks, he began his comments with the following:

"Wally, one side of my family came over here on the Mayflower. The first winter was rough, but they didn't have their hands out looking for somebody to support them. The reason our country is so great is because we stand up and we earn what we are entitled to."
I'm sure it's true that the Mayflower pilgrims weren't looking for a handout upon their arrival in this place, but the rest of it? Not so much. Apparently, they stole what they needed.

The settlers, upon initially setting anchor, explored the snow-covered area and discovered an empty Native American village. The curious settlers dug up some artificially-made mounds [known today as Corn Hill; go ahead, Google it], some of which stored corn while others were burial sites. The settlers stole the corn and looted and desecrated the graves, sparking friction with the locals. They moved down the coast to what is now Eastham, and explored the area of Cape Cod for several weeks, looting and stealing native stores as they went. --Wiki
    Way to go, Bert!

Here you are demanding that I respond to your question, when you refuse to answer mine.
Weren't you going to give your definition of "normal people?"
