And the idiot who said that killings would be next is really stupid beyond belief the hate comes from the Leftists and always has.
It is a standard tactic for Liberals to accuse others of doing what in fact they are doing and attempt to claim the high ground. It's like the bussing of their thugs to Town Hall Meetings and issuing instructions on how to shout down citizens or the tactic of Pelosi to call people who have taken the time to read the Kill Granny bill un-American for using the 1rst amendment to ask questions she and the rest are not smart enough to answer because they don't care what's it the Messiah said it's good and that's enough for uneducated Liberals who can't think for themselves..
    Yeah, keep telling yourself that.
It's time for a revolution in our country. Not a revolution forged with guns and bombs but a revolution forged of compassion and altruism. A revolution that extends a hand to those who don't have and who cannot. A revolution that makes Health Care available to all those in the US.

Re: Swastika Painted at Congressman's Office

OK now stop and listen to yourselves. There is more gross generalizations going on here than I have seen in awhile. Both sides of this debate are accusing the other of the most horrible things and imagining the very worst. With all probability this was just a couple of stupid kids in the neighborhood who thought they were being funny. But look at us, I don't think there is one here that would say (on the record) that there was anything good about racism, but what about partyism? Is it not the same thing to hate simply because of political affiliation? It's just as arbitrary, It's just as hateful, it moves people to violence and vandalism against others, It causes one to see the other as lesser human beings.

Lord knows I not innocent of it but I like to think I grow a little wiser each day. And I always remember that the person to whom I am speaking is a person and not some label to fling poo at. I will also say that there is not a one of you no matter how irritating that I would wish the slightest harm on or fail to be saddened of harm befell you. We need to remember that we are Americans and there is not a single one of us actively working to ruin the country, we just disagree on how to help it. We need to take the hatred for each other out of the picture and try to understand one another just a little rather than just flinging and ducking poo.

As before that glowing pillar of a great post you had Goldendog calling destruction of property "Political Terrorism" and that the next step is "Killing People".

Funny, I have a very, very good guess that if I go searching other forums for posts of Goldendog that he wasn't calling those that did damage to recruiting stations "Political terrorists".

I don't think he was saying "Its okay because the Dem's did it". I think he's saying its hypocritical for some of the Dems in this thread that didn't make a peep about it when THEIR side was doing it or were even defending them against being labeled terrorists while now turning around and jumping on the "political terrorism" bandwagon when its the other side doing it.

Not that "Dems made us do it" but rather "You're feigning outrage and being hyper partisan hypocrites".

I mean, unless you're telling me Goldendog that after "political terrorism" was done to recruiting stations and people were using "Hate speech" against Bush that liberals then began "Killing People".

Get on down Zyph...do that search and tell me what you find?

If I'm not mistaken I was one of the first that called it terrorism....check it out. Sure it was political...was relation does that have to do with this topic?

But thinking back I really don't remember exactly what I said off the top of my head...but I do know that I never defended the act and I never denied it wasn't terrorism....

    How's that for irony?

What amazes me is the people are being egged on by political commentators, lobbyist groups a like. I guess we have to wait until some right wing nut job kills another innocent citizen before we sit up and take notice.

Re: Swastika Painted at Congressman's Office

    What Rush actually said:

RUSH: Nancy Pelosi is the Speaker of the House. She is very powerful, one of the most powerful people in the country. This is what I mean by unraveling. She's running around now claiming that we're Nazis, that not only are we an unruly mob but that people are showing up wearing swastikas when, in fact, I have a story here from the Washington Post, Howard Kurtz, July 28, 1997: "Two senators call a news conference to present an average, hardworking American who -- to their embarrassment -- turns out to have a Nazi swastika tattooed on his arm. Is that news? Several major media organizations didn't think so. The West Virginia truck driver was trotted out by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) and Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-S.D.) as someone who would be helped by the Clinton tax plan. Rockefeller, clearly unaware of the tattoo, introduced the man as 'a very close and personal friend.'"

So these guys back in 1997 shilling for Clinton's tax plan, bring out a guy, close personal friend of J. Rockefeller, actually has a swastika tattooed on his arm. The news media didn't think any big deal about it because this all happened when he was a teenager, it's no big deal. The speaker of the House accusing people of showing up at these town hall meetings of wearing swastikas, that is not insignificant, folks. This woman is deranged. They are unraveling, but that is not insignificant. You have the Democrat Speaker of the House saying that people, citizens who are concerned about health care are now wearing swastikas. She's basically saying that we are Nazis. She is saying that the people who oppose this are Nazis, and I'm going to tell you what. I'm going to run down the list here later on in the program, but this party, the Democrat Party and where it's taken this country, the radical left leadership of this party bears much more resemblance to Nazi policies than anything we on the right believe in at all, and I'll go through that list in just a second.

However, if you go to RushLimbaugh.com right now in the orange banner at the top of the website, you will see a headline: "Was Pelosi So Wrong About Swastikas?" Steve Gilbert at Sweetness & Light heard my reaction to the Obama health care logo the other day. I mentioned something about it reminded me of Germany in 1942, the shape of the logo, the people. I said, "I haven't seen this in many, many years." And if you go and take a look at this, you will find that the Obama health care logo is damn close to a Nazi swastika logo. I'm going to show you people watching on the Dittocam this, and there you are. The middle frame is the Obama health care logo. At the bottom is an official Nazi logo, eagle and everything, spread wings, or bird with spread wings. Ms. Pelosi has some major apologizing to do. I know that numerous repeated Botox injections can cause blurry vision, but I don't think Ms. Pelosi can use that as an excuse. They are really unraveling. They are really falling apart. Listen to her again. This is at San Francisco General Hospital. Do you think there is a legitimate grassroots opposition going on here?
    Whose Swastikas, Speaker Pelosi?

Looks like GD made a mountain, over a mole hill, as usual.
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

I seriously want to know why there is already eight pages of blaming back and forth when nobody but the perpetrator of the act knows who even painted the swastika to begin with.

I guess some people consider jumping to conclusions a good way to exercise ...
