Blackwater founder implicated in murder

From the OP:

There is NO confirmation, NONE, that this is a criminal investigation. It is a CIVIL MATTER.

These individuals are NOT, as Will has stated, under FEDERAL PROTECTION. Their names were sealed at the request of their civil litigator.

Learn to read.

US Attorneys are not involved in civil cases, and eyewitness testimony is neither rumor nor conjecture.

The U.S. Attorney is not involved, AT ALL, per his statement, which I quoted in my response to you.

The US Attorney would not comment on his involvement, where did it say he was not involved? Who do you think would be involved in this case, Orly Taint?

They are federal witnesses under protection. Why? Because Blackwater has already killed other witnesses.

Proof for yet another accusation?

US Attorneys are not involved in civil cases, and eyewitness testimony is neither rumor nor conjecture.

Except its hearsay, which, by its very definition, is rumor.

Jesus Christ, perhaps actually learn a bit about the topic you're discussing before making your idiotic comments and statements. These are in no way shape or form any more credible then me saying that I heard from a friend that Obama molests baby goats and 14 year old boys in the White House on a weekly basis.

I understand that rationale. I will wait to see how this plays out. I think it's unlikely that someone would make allegations as extreme as this without having something upon which to base them. I don't have strong feelings on this subject matter.

I have never read/heard of a former employee making this type of allegation before. But...okay.

I'm not saying this should be utterly dismissed, ignored, and not investigated. But people making out and out claims that they're guilty, that this is definitely true, that they need to be put in jail, etc is all premature and is predicated on nothing but their own personal hatred and dislike for the organization and nothing to do with the law or justice. And those making it out as if this is dead on proof that something bad went down is either ignorant of the law, intentionally attempting to be misleading, or are just completely and utterly blindly hyper partisan.

It means they would NEVER be able to get on the jury should this go to trial. ;)

I understand your frustration. I think when people don't like someone or something (a company), it is only natural that they will think the worst of them/it in cases like this. What I don't like is when the facts play out in a court setting, and people argue about the verdict. Of course there are bad verdicts (O.J. Simpson ;)). But people disregarding the assessment made by a group of people who have heard all the evidence in the case annoys the crap out of me (Scooter Libby). We all also know that William Jefferson and Ron Blagovich (I know I haven't spelled his name correctly) are guilty as sin.

Asked specifically about whether there is a criminal investigation into Prince regarding the murder allegations and other charges, Roth said: "We would not be able to comment on what we are or are not doing in regards to any possible investigation involving an uncharged individual."

I understand a bit about judging someone guilty prior to it happening. Larry Craig is one example of that on a republican side, Jefferson on the other side. They were about as red handed as red handed can be.

Two people saying they've heard other people say that something bad happened is hardly comparable.

What bugs me is that some of the people doing it are the exact same types that if the situation was flipped would be flaming the **** out of anyone saying things like "he needs to be thrown in jail" at this point and on top of that attempt to make it out as if it is something that represents ALL conservatives.

LOL That's human too. ;)

That is an interesting statement. One of my friends is a US Attorney. I'm going to ask him.

How do you know there's no corroborating evidence?

There isn't enough evidence about anything to conclude anything in this case. This is a civil attorney trying her case in the newspaper. NOTHING MORE.

Without corroborating evidence all testimony is hearsay.

The article states there is corroborating evidence, it is not hearsay. Face it, your precious Blackwater patriots are killers.

She's trying the case in the newspaper? Not in a Federal Court in Alexandria, Virginia. Okay. *shrugs shoulders*

Will, come on. You're going overboard here.

wow. such class. so I guess you know it all. I find it funny when couch sitters, sit in judgment based on rumors of others and call honorable people "killers"....

All the Blackwater guys I have had the pleasure to train with, have been upmost professionals.

I find your slander, trolling.

I would like to note that the John Doe statements are made by former employees of Blackwater, and one of those guys is a former Marine.

Come now, as much as I go after those who claim obama is a muslim, gay, does crack, or was born in a crocadiles mouth in kenya, I would expect you to at least keep the same standard when going after former vets.

Also remember the swift boat vets, by you contention,..... well? ;)

Sure, they could be anyone. The jury is still out for me on this. I'm not intending to impugn any veterans.
