The Beer Summit - What they were drinking

Drinking Bud Lite is like making love in a boat. It's ****ing close to water. LOL.

And it's about the same price, but people love it.
Who cares if it's the ramen noodles of beer.

I have a separate icebox just for beer and wine, I keep a good selection of "better" beers and good homebrews, but people drink up the Beast, the Lone Star and Bud Lite much more quickly.

I
With the pool report, we finally have the answer to the most pressing question of the day: What are they drinking?

Honestly I don't really care.

The whole incident at the White House was pure crap. And a waste of time.

:rofl What a bunch of sissies! 2 light beers, a belgian white that comes with a damn orange slice, and a non-alcoholic! I'm amazed no one asked for a banana daiquiri!

I'm not. Larry Craig was not there.

SNL skit: Biden gets drunk and gives a speech at the UN. God I would love to see that.

Have you seen him speak? He does it all the time.

The leader of the free world drinking a girly-man beer like Bud Lite? Talk about an embarrassing moment!

How will we face all the other nations again?

LOL !!! I think it's just a guy thing going on in here, but maybe I'm wrong ;)

As long as you drink Bud Light as the chaser you can have as much sambucca as you want!

Now, had they allowed foreign beer, I would have gone with:

Number 8, but if I was feeling daring, I'd say 10.

If we're going foreign....

At least PBO has good taste in beer.

Never see it around my area. At least, I don't think I have. Shoooot, it's supposed to be great stuff, too!

But on the domestic front, had one of my friends snagged me one, and saved it for a few months, I would have gone with Surly Darkenss. Always wanted to try that.

With all the choices in the ****ing world you choose Bud ****ing Light?

I am seriously now questioning Obamas reasoning abilities.

Maybe it was one of those average joe credibility moments:doh

Your a bit annoying. The dear leader comments and the constant critisim (somehow youve managed to link Obamas policies with his choice of beer) is rather irritating.

Come on. While we are on the subject of politics and alcohol, make it into a drinking game. Every time he makes a Dear Leader reference, make yourself a bit more happy by drinking!

This my ex-wife's favorite beer.

Bud Light and non-alcoholic beer?

:rofl

I'm sorry, but that's seriously gay.

PLEASE....if Obama hadn't gone with a blue-collar mass produced American beer...all the right-wing wackos on this board would have been either calling him "Elitist" or "Anti-American"

:doh:doh:doh

That's not true. If Dear Leader had picked a decent beer such as Shiner Bock or Stroh's, I'd be snarking because it would be painfully obvious that an aide had done his beer choosing for him.

Besides, if Dear Leader had picked something like Colt 45 or Schlitz Malt Liquor, you'd be outraged that Dear Leader would play into the classic stereotypes.

(Kaya, that's three drinks for you)

Puh-lease Celtic. If he had chosen anything other than Miller or Budweiser...you would have been the first one here claiming he was either Elitist or Anti-American....No doubt about it.

Girl, get a grip. Miller and Bud are horrible beers, right down there at the bottom of the beer food chain with Dos Equis and Corona.

Shiner, Strohs, Old Milwaukee, Pabst Blue Ribbon, are all solid blue collar manly type beers. Dear Leader had a perfect opportunity to ditch some of his girly-man image and Dear Leader blew it, big time.
