Harshaw argued that the Republicans presented a unified front against the conspiracy. That ain't the case.

I would have preferred this bill not to have been voted on at all. It's a sign of just how sad our Congress has become. Congress has far more important things to do, especially before a month long recess. They waste time doing this crap.
