About what some of us suspected. I believe his administration is going to busy putting out fires for so long as he is in office, normally I feel for someone that gets subjected to attack after attack, but then again it is hard to be as sympathetic when much of it is brought on by themselves. Going to be a very bumpy ride no matter what.

I think we will find out soon that many liberal buying into this are the same liberals that claimed there was zero wrong doing by Hillary, even though Comey said she mishandled classified data. Even after the FBI proved there was classified data on her unsecured private server (not just alleged)............they still brayed on about NO WRONG DOING. Why? Because she wasn't convicted like a common criminal. Yet here we have lefties already believing wrong doing was done. Congress hasn't even looked at this yet. So apparently a conviction is only necessary for the Left, if it's one of their own.

As to your question, for those who have looked at all the information, it's been revealed that the "briefing" involved mention of the rumors. Nothing more. Frankly, I think it makes sense to let both Obama and Trump know what is floating in the alt-left universe.

So why should anything more be read into it? Oh that's right, given the ground game the fraudulent MSM has played for the last couple of years, dog whistles get ratings.

When facing economic ruin, desperate times call for desperate measures, I guess.

In the end, now that the frauds in the MSM chose to run with this fake news story, it will be interesting to see how they pull back. Like other times when caught spreading lies, I doubt they will put much effort into retracting the accusations.

All I can say to those on wrapped in the cloak of fraud and deceit is run with it. The rest of the country is moving on.

I'm sure during the period of mourning for them beginning on January 20, it will be a hot topic.

I've seen at least one other journalist who said they were shopped for this story, but they declined.
Also, if you read the "report" you'll notice spelling, grammar and syntax errors.

Other journalists aren't reporting on it, because it has too many red flags to be taken as serious as some are.

I guess Trump will be holding a press conference at 11:00 today Eastern time to address these allegations. Seems this document has been all around DC passed out to every news source for four months according to Tom Brokaw. He and another journalist at NBC have been working on trying to verify this stuff for months and found nothing so they did not report on it. He seemed befuddled that CNN would run the story or that BuzzFeed would publish the document. But I'm not "befuddled" because those behind Buzzfeed were seen at Obama's farewell speech crying their eyes out. It should be noted it was a Democrat Senator that gave a copy of this document to the FBI at which time they had no knowledge of such things.

Personally I find the timing of such an act by CNN and Buzzfeed to be odd. A lot of the questions from Democrats on the Hill in the hearing with Comey were focused on this document. Comey refused to answer their questions. It also comes on the heels of the FBI quietly releasing hundreds of more documents on Clinton that show Comey had a smoking gun against Clinton and ignored it. Perhaps the goal here was to take the coverage off of Clinton/Comey/FBI/Lynch and focus it on Trump.

I think we have a problem with corrupt Intelligence directors who have allowed their agencies to be politicized.

Some of the things inside are really easy to prove or disprove.
Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, was alleged to have met his Russian contacts in the Czech Republic, in August.
All he needs is his passport to disprove that.

It sounds like the FSB modus operandi, anyway. And they would have wanted to tempt him, his being a natural target. Rich men do naughty things and Moscow is quite a place to do them.

The press conference had been scheduled for a while; it wasn't set up to address these things. It's probably all it will be about now, but it wasn't scheduled because of this.

His passport does prove he has never been to Prague but it has also been verified that he was at USC with his son during the time which he supposidly had this meeting with the Russians.

That's what I'm reading this morning vesper.

I don't think the timing is odd at all. CNN has apparently decided to set the standard for alt-left media. A little surprised at that, but given the psychotic melt down we've witnessed in the left since Trump won the election, they probably are desperate for any kind of audience, and these grief stricken people are a ripe audience.

More important to me is for all the people to see how deeply serious the Progressive Machine should be taken, and how deeply it's infiltrated into the psyche of many citizens.

As confirmed by the extreme bias shown in the MSM this election cycle, and with stories like this one, the media has become a party propaganda apparatus, and the Intelligence Community on some levels, appears to have joined the effort. All citizens should be aware of this fact.

No it doesn't. You can enter any country in the EU and make your way to the Czech Republic and only get a stamp for the country you entered in.

I think we've given enough credence to the Russian/Trump hypothesis.
If the FBI hasn't found the connection, reporters haven't found the connection, are we going to continue to "Benghazi" this.

That's what it is, at this point.
If someone has evidence, I'm game, but there hasn't been any.
This stinks for nothing but politics.

As voters saw before November 8, the MSM is a corrupt enterprise. I shouldn't be surprised they would continue, but I am.

I actually thought they would follow what many of the media heads said after November 8, and refocus on legitimate, factual reporting.

Obviously I was wrong.
