Unless they have presented themselves as having arrest authority or have threatened people (as opposed to having annoyed them), they have not formed a "religious KGB". As such, the German judge wisely ruled in their favor. I hope any judge in the US would have done the same. Annoying moslems have as much rights as annoying evangelical street preachers.

That aside, the annoying moslems do present a snowballing possibility that annoying evangelical street preachers generally don't have. Judges, however, cant base constitutional freedom decisions on what might happen in the future. Rather, they can only base them on what is known at the present. Evidently, what is currently known is that the moslems in question were simply being annoying.

As a side note, the groups that have established religious KGBs in the US have been Jewish and Christian:

I'm not wishing ill on others. It's the German Government wishing ill on German citizens, and apparently the German citizens are fine with it since they keep electing the same people to the government.

You seem to have tremendous reading comprehension problems.

All this would be hilarious, except it is sad to watch someone enter into a simple discussion, as you have, and reveal to the world they cannot grasp very simple concepts, and as a result make a fool of themselves.

So, let me walk this through with you so you might be able to grasp very simple concepts that seem to have flown way over your head:

1. reineo made a statement which he mocked the Germans.

2. You called it "hate". (There was nothing remotely hateful about it... it was cheeky and funny.)

3. During the past 8-years, at every turn, when opponents of Obama turned up the heat, his supporters... like you... claimed these people were "racist". It was a reflex action used when you lacked the ability to make a coherent rebuttal.

4. As with Obama, it seems you had no argument to rebut, and claimed reinoe was "hateful".

5. With the past 8-years in mind... I was asking if "hate" is the new "racist" for you folks?

For most it's a simple connection, not difficult to grasp. For you it seems a complex issue that boggles your mind and bounces off your forehead like a Bobby Hull slapshot... not leaving any form of impression he just let 100mph of vulcanized rubber treat your forehead!

With the AFD, this could change.

People throughout Europe are fed up with the invasion Obama unleashed on them... what's funny is nobody in the German press makes the connection.

Hopefully Trump's SoS will... and force the Euers to face the root cause reality.

So me and the wife are walking down State St. here in the Windy City and there was a corner preacher sitting there with his little speaker and microphone in hand giving all of us passerby's the good news and calling out sins by name.

I'm smoking a cig, minding my own, walking by him and I hear "Ain't no ashtrays in heaven!"

Me and the wife look at each other and start laughing.

As we walk past I turn around and respond, "Ain't no microphones either!"

The preacher and I exchanged smiles and each went about our business...
