Protester's 'Rape Melania' sign draws strong rebuke, sparking...

Now, one side claims this is stating the true view of the far left progressives who are angry at the Trump Presidential election win, showing their TRUE views which conflict with the media depiction of the left, which loves women, children, gays, etc...

The other side claims that this "rebuke" is backlash by the far left progressives who are outraged that such a sign would be used by protestors.


Remember when during GW Bush, if one bad apple showed up in a crowd all in the crowd were painted with the broad brush? ( i.e., all Tea Party members are racists - one of my favorite fake memes), so is it only fair that the other side of the coin would paint all protestors as pro-rape is acceptable if people are angry about an election?

Of course not, that would be silly..... wouldn't it?

The sign-holder is just beyond, but he's only one ass. Feel sorry for him. Well, pity and scorn would work. :mrgreen:
 
Normally people protest (actually riot) in order to motivate change. The election results aren't going to change no matter how much they try. Just ignore them and put the violent ones in jail.
 
I don't always protest, but when I do, I hold my sign up backwards for everyone behind me to see.
 
This isn't just some innocent locker room talk? I mean, I was told this is just how guys talk....

"Vote democrat or the whiners will burn your town down!" Very classy. At this rate, I'll be surprised if the democrats get 100 electoral votes next election. Freakin' crybabies.

They may have picked this up from their friends in Islam. Islam has managed to intimidate and violently impose their rule in many countries. And in Islam rape is an accepted part of war.

Yes, that is correct. Trump lost the election so now Melania must be raped. There is no other rational choice I can see. This is the official position of all liberals.

Then all you've demonstrated is how terribly you understand the arguments and accusations being used. If "Melania must be raped is the official position of liberals" is your mirror of the Left's accusations, then you've traveled so far off the reservation I don't know how you expect to find your way back.
 
Me thinks several posters here did not actually read the OP, or they saw what they wanted to see and ran with it. So many missed the point, oh well, sign of the times I guess.

I hinted earlier, but you just have to spell things out for some people.

Someone found a photo of protestors where the back of someone's sign was clean and white. In fact, it was the perfect place to photoshop some text upon.

I saw this tried against the tea party eight years ago. It is bull****.
