Agents within the Federal Bureau of Investigation never destroyed laptops given to them by aides of Hillary Clinton as previously reported, a Washington D.C. lawyer with a source close to the Clinton investigation says.

“According to the agreement reached with the attorneys who handed over their laptops, the laptops were to be destroyed per the agreement after the testimony was given –the interviews were given – – by the attorneys. The bureau and the department agreed to that,” DiGenova said. “However the laptops contrary to published reports were not destroyed and the reason is the agents who are tasked with destroying them refused to do so. And by the way the laptops are at the FBI for inspection by Congress or federal courts.”

DiGenova said the laptops have already been subpoenaed and the FBI is waiting for Congress to ask for them.

Not good news for the Clinton Crime Machine.

Not good news for the Clinton Crime Machine.

I'm curious how the FBI maintains a right to abrogate their agreement, or perhaps the review by Congress is testimony . Suggesting that the FBI might treat the agreement more open than the original owners of the laptops. The argument that some of the missing 33,000 emails might turn up on some of these laptops is interesting. Do you think the Clinton machine "feels sumpin' slippin?"

Other than life as they know it?

This is stunning. It makes sense thinking about it, though. If any of these people lied, all bets are off. Why would the FBI be in any hurry to destroy evidence?

And the plot thickens.

I'm thinking they had no intention of destroying these computers any time soon after testimony. Of course having them and accessing them are two very different things. Because the deals are off the table if anyone lied, they'd want to be absolutely certain no one did. There'd be hell to pay if they testified, the computers had been destroyed, and then it was found out that one or all had lied. 'Course Comeys going to pay anyway...

Looks like the whole thing is coming unraveled for the Clinton Crime Family (except Chelsea). These issues seem to just keep piling up. It takes a lot of dirt to bury all this poo and it looks like they ain't got a shovel big enough.

Bingo!

What's the likelihood someone in The Clinton Crime Machine lied?

Chelsea's genius irritated Doug Band, claiming he wasn't doing enough for her father, and he in return illustrated the mountain of pay-for-play cash he generated for The Clinton Crime Machine.

Well done Chelsea.

Well done Chelsea.

She seems to be the only one that is concerned with ethics and those pesky campaign laws.

It's an unethical agreement.

Hadn't the contents of the laptops already been examined? Why does it matter if they have been destroyed or not?

The DoJ made a deal (when they could have just taken the evidence) that the evidence would only be looked at in the context of the classified information investigation, denied to the corruption investigation, and then destroyed so that no one could go back.

It's hard to match up to Holder when it comes to abusing the post, but damn if Lynch didn't do her best.

I believe their computers were not examined.

When someone in the Clinton Machine sings, it's going to be interesting. There has been so much Clinton Crime Machine criminality, not everyone is going to eager to pull a Susan McDougal.

Then again, they may not need singers.
