Clintons Lockeroom Talk

The possibility exits, but given his past and the current accusations and his own words......

Why then does Hillary get the benefit of the doubt after damning emails? Remember her mistakes cost lives and could have cost more.

Sorry, but Trump is woefully unqualified for the job and lacks the temperament

you make that claim

back it up

I think someone who uses the power of government to get wealthy and uses the power of government to try to destroy those who cross her crime family is far less qualified

what makes someone qualified for president?

When did I give her the benefit of the doubt? I don't doubt that she deleted emails. I don't doubt that many of those emails were grossly mishandled. Now what I don't know is even though they were grossly mishandled, I don't know exactly how sensitvie the information was or if the content did get into the wrong hands. Something very bad could have happened, but we don't really know that it did.

So we should elect her and then find out? That didn't work for Obamacare.

I am not talking about electing anyone.

But if you objectively look at what is happening in this election, she is going to win. Its barely even a race anymore. For better or worse, the election has all but been decided.

Wikileaks is still releasing emails. It is anyones game.

If Donald wasn't going to keep being a jackass, then maybe. But he will. No matter what happens with Clinton, Donald will be Donald. Personally I hope that they both get disgraced so badly that it becomes a race between Johnson and Stein, but realistically it is Clintons.

Since the women that have came out against Trump are somehow taken as credible after not reporting a thing for a long period of time, here is a blast from Hillarys past.

Dolly has known Bill since she was 11.

Hillary and Bill's "Locker Room" Talk: "Jesse Jackson is a 'Goddamned n****r'' – and so much more…

I can read on your source's site what is claiming to have been said by the Clintons, but where are the links to the actual audio or video sources of the Clintons saying such things?

Ridiculous.

and you dressed a cat to look like a suicide bomber?

I did not dress him. My cat wouldn't stand for that. It is an internet meme.

Your OP is ridiculous and what kind of meme? What's it supposed to be saying?

Your opinion. And you should be able to figure out what the meme says.

Not just my opinion.

And I really can't see what it's message is.

So where are the tapes?

It works for me. I find it extremely believable. The NYT I don't.

Of course it works for you. It confirms your partisan bias.

It is my Clinton bias, and I am proud of it.

I, too, am biased against Clinton. But that bias does not prevent me from discerning between fact and fiction.

That and someone's blog in the OP. What a crap thread.

Yeah, so I thought I'd ask a pertinent question... But he can't even answer that.

As with any job, the qualification list usually starts with experience. Typically, our election process, including the vetting, works to challenge the substance and integrity of a candidate. In our history, we have only elected five men that had never previously held elected office; three of which served in the military (Taylor, Grant and Eisenhower) and two of which held senior cabinet positions (Hoover and Taft). Other than Eisenhower (and maybe Taft), these administrations turned out to be some of our worst.

So, now we have candidate Trump, who brings the weakest resume ever to the American people. So, what qualifies him for this job? Well, some cite his business experience, but that seems dubious:

He has almost no other positive attribute. Others say he is not a 'liar' or 'corrupt' like Hillary. But the record shows he is hardly an upgrade (and is probably worse -- Politifact says he

So, we have raw, exposed Donald Trump, who I will tell you is a unique combination of arrogant, ignorant, thinned-skinned, narcissistic, vindictive, with a poor temperament (he is fundamentally a child), hints of racism.

Arrogance/Ignorance - He told us he knows more about ISIS than the Generals. Now he is rebuffing intelligence briefings:

thinned-skinned narcissist:

His temperament is almost self-evident. He spends hours tweeting about people that criticize him, to the point of his personal destruction (case in point: all things that have happened since debate #1.... he can not stay out of his way. He insists on monopolizing the news cycle)

It is no wonder that he has NO newspaper endorsements and most of the A players in the Republican party will not back or even vote for him.

Unlike Trump, I value expert opinion. I don't always go with it, but when expert opinion is overwhelming in one direction, I am smart enough to heed.

Did you vote for Obama over McCain?

Did you vote for Obama over McCain?

I did... and except for McCain's lack of judgement in picking his running mate, I would have been ok with a McCain presidency.

Do you have a point to the question? Let me head off where I think you are going....

Although Obama's experience was light, it was not non-existent. His resume was sufficient, he had 10 years experience as an elected official, background and training in constitutional law.... and, since I actually know what a community organizer is, I found that experience quite relevant as well. Obama had sufficient experience. Then, I like his politics AND I know people that know him, and I knew he was a good family man and a man of integrity. His temperament is solid. He was very qualified for the job and he did a decent to good job in a tough environment.

My issue with Trump, which makes him unqualified, is the combination of no experience without any real, tangible redeeming qualities that would give you comfort that he could actually do the job (given no experience) ALL overshadowed by the aforementioned personality deficiencies, which there many and the deficiency so great as to be a real problem.
