Of course, the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party want inconvenient truths to remain in the shadows. The emails released by WikiLeaks may not show they have done anything illegal, but their actions straddle the ethical line. Admit nothing. Deny everything. That is the company mantra. How refreshing would it be if our leaders took responsibility for their actions, acknowledged their wrongs and served the will of the people?

Deflection is not a show of strength. By choosing to demonize WikiLeaks, blame Russia and vilify Donald Trump, the Clinton camp and the oligarchs and plutocrats in their orbit are embarrassing America and exposing the illusion of democracy. They also are missing an opportunity to show leadership and be presidential.

I will partly agree. The problem I have with Julian's methods is that he doesn't redact sensitive information that could get people killed.

I notice they attack the hacker (whoever that is) and Assange but not the substance of the hacked information.

Assange didn't write the emails. He just released them to the world. Attack the whistle blower is the Obama way of doing business, and libbos swallow it hook, line, and sinker.

Show me where I said Asssange hacked or wrote the emails. Your statement seems to infer that I made a statement like that. We usually agree but I really get tired of people on both sides not accurately reading or reading something that isn't there into a statement. I agree with the latter except you forgot to include the Clintons.

Sorry, that's not what I tried to imply. Assange simply posted the emails. Its not his fault if they get someone killed.

I was referring only to Obama but the Clinton's are worse in terms of deception. They don't even have to be better at it. They're covered by the lame stream media, their SS details, the injustice dept. and the FBI.

And they complain about Russia. That's like the pot calling the kettle black.

Anyone else see Wikileak' tweet, before it seemed to go missing, claiming that Anonymous had obtained the 33,000 deleted emails, and some videos, and plans to release them Nov. 1st? (Where the hell DID the Wikileaks tweet about it go, anyways? >_< )

Gonna take it with a grain of salt for now, but anything is possible.

I won't hold my breath, but I'll cross my fingers.

Look at what we did with the Israeli elections. There is no high ground to stand on with the Obama administration when it comes to negatively influencing the politics of other countries.
I have a feeling that things are about to get exponentially worse for the Clinton campaign as far as hacks go. I have been chasing down a supposed new hack on the DNC and Clinton.com server. The post from the hacker was on 14 October. It looks legit. He posted user names, credit card numbers, exp dates, security numbers (CVC2), social security numbers and passwords of all people that have access to any accounts for both servers. He hijacked Podesta's twitter account and wiped his Iphone. It seems that he used the same username and password on everything. It was leaked on Wikileaks a couple of days ago.

Here is an article about the twitter hack.
'Vote Trump' tweeted from Podesta's hacked Twitter account

WikiLeaks and Assange do try to keep sensitive information away from the releases. Can you offer an example of any person killed because of a WikiLeaks release? Maybe there is, but I'm not aware of it.

I am not sure why the emails are bad. Sure some people seem to be reading a lot into them, but they give a fuller, more realistic picture of Clinton and her campaign.

I said "could" and you interpret that as "did".

I'm OK with it because we are faced with a historical level of corruption from the Clinton Machine. The Machine is so opaque with the intermingling of one Clinton Foundation, or another with the DNC, and now the the SoS, the DoJ, the IRS, and the FBI all sitting at the same table with the Clintons in the Clinton Foundation's office.

The now have the tools to remake the country into anything they want should they choose.

That appears to be the plan. and their lackeys will be here telling us it's good for America.
