Majority of Paris attackers entered Europe posing as refugees

Why don't all the countries get together and create a Safe Zone in Syria.

Give the refugees a safe place to live, food and medical care. If anyone violates
the safe zone the full force and might of the countries involved would turned
against them. This would keep people safe and at least slow down the refugee
emergency happening across many countries.

We know for a fact that ISIS is using this crisis to gain entry into the various countries.
Our FBI director said there is no way to vet them properly and they can not keep up
with all the terror investigations currently in the United States.
