Asking How To Destroy Evidence!

Holly Sheeeeeit. This dude done ****ed himself. I mean doxxed himself online and via reddit has essentially let the world and all hostile foreigners know the they have Fortinet systems for security, the dude works in goverment and he's spewing this out?!?
I have a FAZ VM (5.2.6), with only one FGT (100D on 5.2.7) connected. I am trying to run a SSL VPN login report, which MOSTLY works, but seems unable to see one user, even though they are connecting the same way as everyone else (both web portal and forticlient).
He's already ****ed himself on statements about modifying the emails, he's already stated the systems they use and that they have Azure (there's a point of attack for funzies). We know that of 06/29/2016 he has a VPN user named Hsungkar. Sounds Chinese interesting.

Nobody has said anything about replacing her email address with her name.

Hillary didn't print out ALL of her emails and hand them over.

But that's not the issue. What IS the issue is the intent to hide her emails. That is what Comey said was missing. This story...if true...supplies that intent, ties it to Hillary...and makes Comey into either an idiot or complicit in protecting Hillary.

He was the owner of a 2004 Pontiac Aztek about 3 years ago. May still be the owner, not sure.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that it's proven to be him...

Then there's only one reason in the world he would be trying to acquire such information and that's to hide Hillary Clinton emails from congress. Common sense makes it clear that the only reason he would want to take such action, is because he has been instructed to do so by Hillary Clinton or someone representing her wishes. I've been an IT person for a marketing company for the last 3 years and I would never attempt to do anything like that (especially knowing it was illegal) unless instructed to do so by my employer... and even then, I would probably refuse.

If this turns out to be true, it's pretty much a no-brainer that Hillary was involved in a full scale, illegal cover-up.

But again, that person couldn't be Hillary. So I guess I'm not sure what looks so bad here, at least without knowing a lot more, such as the person they're trying to protect, and whether they're just trying to protect the actual email address, which I wouldn't have a problem with, or hide that the person was on the chain, which is clearly more serious, but not something I've actually care about if the email was personal in nature.

Emails sent while on the job are not allowed to be tampered with.
It's a felony and he made this post the day after Congress made their agreement with the state department to turn over said emails.

That could fall under obstruction of justice, among other things.

These aren't redactions.
Even if they were, redactions aren't done by outsourced companies, with no security clearance.

.....or the more probably scenario is this article is full of BS and is nothing but a BS hit piece. Imagine that, someone lying to try and connect Hillary to some conspiracy, no one on the right has ever done that. :roll:

How is it illegal if its private emails on a private server? Assuming this was before the FBI said freeze all evidence.

Private server while conducting official government business.
It's still property of the government and you're not allowed to tamper with it.

That's why when the guy asked the question on reddit, the responses were "it's not possible, because if it was, it could be illegal."

Isn't it though? This Hillary Clinton crime spree was about the most inept in the history of the world, dropping bread crumbs like a bakery truck with a broken back door, and the FBI couldn't seem to pick up on any of it.

Ok, Im just speaking to the action itself. Modifying govt emails would be illegal. Private emails they can do whatever they want.

It's not illegal for private, personal emails, unless they're subpoenaed.
This incident happened the day after the State department and Congress came to an agreement to hand over their emails.
The action the guy was asking about, is not possible, to my knowledge.
You can't go back and change the sender/receiver email address of already sent emails.

This is my best understanding of things at the moment though, I could be way off.

Well, remember that when Clinton handed over her emails the first time it was all printed hard copies. So it is quite possible to dump the emails to text, do a find and delete and then print them. This is probably the best the dumbass running her server could come up with.

What I think happened was.
He asked how to change the sender/receiver to hide the emails in plain site.
So when the FBI ran a search query, they would only find some, "innocent" emails.
When he found that he couldn't do it, they deleted them.

These I think were the deleted "yoga and recipe" emails.
