Yea if you fell under federal statute, and wanted to sue in U.S court for harassment, you would have to overcome the EEOC administrative hurdle. That agency is lame, they find for the employer 80% of the time, pretty much shuts the door to the court house.
actually, if a federal matter, the plaintiff must make a selection to pursue the case via the EEOC or federal court. the election of one prohibits the plaintiff proceeding thru the other litigation mechanism
in the current Obama administration, i would consider the EEOC avenue. but never would have under either bush's or reagan's regime
and is greta leaving because she has lost the support of her co-workers, having come out in support of ailes when this story broke
or is she simply disappointed to realize that despite the rampant sexual atmosphere at faux news, no one wanted to sexually harrass her
