State Finds 30 Deleted Benghazi Emails

I suspect the FBI found them and State is reviewing them before release.

They might be from other State employees accounts with Hillary's name as sender or recipient.
Which would be another avenue of excuse ... "I'm as surprised as you are ... I never saw those emails. Patrick Kennedy's account you say?"
 
Hillary was just emailing yoga routines and wedding invitations to the crew in Benghazi. They needed an uplifting message, and by golly, what's more uplifting than yoga routines? And people say she did nothing...

The liberals must be huddling to form a strategy on how to kill the messengers or malign the credibility of Judicial Watch, or anyone other than Clinton, the FBI or the State Dept.

By golly, this is a witch hunt (witch literally), and it's Bush's fault.

Judicial Watch is more effective than the whole freaking Congress. The Clintons have tried to smear them in the past and it didn't work.

Someone less lazy than me should start counting the number of threads in which American is the first person to mention Bush.
 
There is plausible deniability all over this one. Legitimate plausible deniability.
"Work related' is subjective. They went through a gazillion filters and these slipped through the cracks.They use search filters and these didn't pop up. ( anybody who has tried searching through outlook can relate to that one)

If she had follow Obama EO policy, none of this would have happened. The benefit of the doubt goes against her in this case, she ignored policy.

It doesn't look good for Hillary this month.

The 14,900 emails the FBI recovered are still to be released.

The notes from the FBI 502 questioning of Clinton are due out any day.

She has to answer 25 questions, under oath, about her server for Judicial Watch before Sept. 29.

The State Department has to release the security training docs to the Daily Caller in 15 days or they will get to depose a wad of people. If there are no training docs the judge will probably order depositions for everyone. The State already tried the "we don't have any docs" approach and the judge didn't buy it.

“Judge Leon made it clear that State can provide the simple clarifications we’ve sought one of two ways: either now, in a cooperative manner, or in a few weeks in sworn depositions,” said attorney Bradley Moss. “The choice is theirs to make.” Moss represents TheDCNF in the suit.

The lawsuit also demands the release of all training records for Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, aide Jacob Sullivan and Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick Kennedy.
