WH May Designate Some State Voting Systems As 'Pieces of Critical Infrastructure'

Re: Hackers in Place

Local citizens control paper ballots. Corporate/Citizens United control electronic ballots.

What is your point? Given that both methods can be used to steal elections; are you suggesting that elections stolen by locals is preferable to elections stolen by corporations?

I would suggest any election fraud is bad.

I would suggest you are naive to think that an election by a single Corporation is on the same level with local tampering.

A stolen election is a stolen election. I would find both unacceptable. Why would you pardon one? What makes the stealing of a local election acceptable?

I see an election stolen by a single Corporate entity much different than small local election anomalies all over the Nation and probably stolen by both parties resulting in balance.

"(CNSNews.com) - The Obama White House may designate certain state voting systems as "pieces of critical infrastructure," which would give federal technology experts "more of a role in assisting the administrators of those networks as they deter intrusions," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters on Monday."

Certain state voting systems? Right. And, the hackers will be there to "assist the administrators...as they deter intrusions." Right.

So, if the king puts his hackers in place in swing states and the Democrat wins those swing states, do you think anyone will possibly be suspicious. The king doesn't. I do.

But, the king is also passing a climate treaty which only the Senate can do. Oh, it is so much more convenient having a king, a tyrant, instead of a tripart system with checks and balanced. An unchecked and unbalanced king is wonderful.

And in a few weeks voters will be selecting a new king. Both candidates of the leading parties dream of being king or queen.

The reason I have a problem with this is that the more you centralize IT administration the easier it becomes to effectively hack. The trend in network and system security over the last decade is towards more decentralized control to physically limit what hackers can access when they do crack a system.

"On a crazy, wacky turn of events, Trump, Sanders and Clinton all received 100% of the vote today."

Sorry, we are never going to see eye to eye. Election fraud is evil, end of discussion. There is no "balance". We don't keep score to make sure both sides are cheating fairly. Did that last sentence sound crazy to you? I hope so.
