they understood his freedom of speech, however they arrested him for posting on facebook
that post consisted of a photo of him burning the American flag

yep, arrested for burning it. who cares what the supreme court says about it

arrested for disorderly conduct. yep, for posting on facebook

he was an asshole for burning the flag. but being an asshole is not illegal
