Well we can whine all we want but if you are believer in the Constitution and Bill of Rights then everyone has the right to Peacefully Protest, whether they are right or wrong does not change the fact that we all have that right.

Of course someone should be allowed to protest on public property. I don't think anyone has a right to stop someone from doing so.

Private property, a rented hall, a business? Throw them in jail if need be.

EDIT: Okay, I'll concede he has some good points, like Bilderberg having unjustified influence over geopolitical affairs, and our society becoming more corporatism with CEO's and billionaires rigging our elections (see: "Endgame"), but he obfuscates the facts more often than not with his own biased misinformation and radically hamfisted approximations which only dilute the facts with his aggrandized bull****. If you use him as your main news source, you seriously need to reevaluate your political platforms.

No the media took what he said out of context as usual. What he really said was that Jade Helm would be used to condition the public to accept domestic military operations and when the operation goes off smoothly Jones will be demonized by the media which was what happened.

Four sentences is not a waterfall and you did contradict yourself. You said you don't pass judgement on people you don't know then you gave two examples of you judging based on vox populi.

We need to gather up all the people who are correcting people on what "fascism" means and lock them in a room with all the people who are correcting people on what "socialism" means and find out who is still sane after a few hours.
