Kosovo protesters clash with police over Serbia deal

If you only want to talk about that, I already gave you more or less of an answer. The solution would be to give Kosovo independence, possibly transfer some ethnic Serbian parts to Serbia as much a geographic continuity is possible or otherwise give isolated regions some autonomy Belgium style - we have French speaking and Dutch speaking people living together separately with our own government and a federal government on top - and be done with it.

The deal with Serbia somewhat encompasses your both solutions.

Our Serbian minorities up north consisting of only 5% create a higher autonomy for themselves and shall live "together separately" on our government. In exchange for this deal Serbia has to normalize their relationship with us which leads to recognizing our independence, which should lead to Russia recognizing our independence and thus be recognized from the UN.

Additionally the lands given off to Montenegro are said to have been agreed upon earlier on also.

The problem: Both are unconstitutional.

Essentially the government is against the constitution by accepting such a deal (they deny it), while the opposition supports it with extreme measures as illustrated in post 1.

Sounds like the constitution needs some adapting and some protesters need jail time or a good police baton whooping.

That the constitution is being stepped on is denied from the government, while various members of the opposition and protesters have already had jail and baton time. But the point is: Should the constitution be allowed to be stepped from the government?

Ofcourse not. If a government wants to change/not abide the constitution, they ought to vote on amending the constitution at the very least, have overwhelming public support for that and if no overwhelming support, write out a referendum on the topic. That's just my opinion.
