Amazon donates profits from far-right anthem to refugees [W:191]

Actually the campaign against Chick-fil-A went quite well. There was a 99% reduction in their grants to anti-LGBT groups.

They also almost completely scaled back their other donations, including the United Negro College Fund and Habitat for Humanity. And their sales skyrocketed. So no, it didn't go quite well at all.

Their grants to anti-gay organizations shrank from $3.6 million to $25,000 so, yes it did go quite well. I don't care about the United Negro College Fund or Habitat for Humanity. The purpose of the protest was to pressure Chick-fil-A to stop donating to anti-gay groups, and a sigficant reduction was achieved.

How very nice of you. You give decent Liberals a bad name.

I must've missed the memo from the monolithic liberal entity that support for the United Negro College Fund and Habitat for Humanity are obligatory. I don't support charities that only do handouts. What kind of monster am I?

The hell with the poor, homeless and blacks. Right?

I prefer charities like Heifer International not charities that don't solve for the root cause and only create dependence. I'm not fond of racist charities that only help people based on their skin color either.
