Did Ted Cruz Reveal Classified Information During The GOP Debate?
And this is the schmuck who's supposed to be one of the smartest republicans. Or did he do it on purpose, à la Edward Snowden? Either way, goat or hero, he should be in deep **** soon. How quickly the republican House intel committee chair jumped on this indicates how eager republicans in general same to despise Cruz. He is nothing if not an asshole.
Highlights:
Even Rubio realized on the spot that Cruz ****ed up:
Whatever the outcome of this, Cruz has added new evidence for how horribly unfit he is for any elected (or appointed, for that matter) government office. If it's found that he revealed secret information, even if unintentionally, and suffers no consequences, Edward Snowden should be welcomed back to the country.

"I'm having my staff look at the transcripts of the debate right now," Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, told reporters on Wednesday, according to The Hill. "Any time you deal with numbers... the question is 'Is that classified or not?' or is there an open source reference to it."
Even Rubio realized on the spot that Cruz ****ed up:
"Let me be very careful when answering this, because I don’t think national television in front of 15 million people is the place to discuss classified information," Rubio said. "So let me just be very clear. There is nothing that we are allowed to do under this bill that we could not do before."
