Iran destroys ISIS team recently in Kermanshah province

Iran's Ministry of Intelligence and the forces of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, during the last two years, have arrested a large number of ISIL-affiliated terrorist teams in the western province, says the IRGC commander.

'In particular, teams who have been trying to recruit for the ISIL terrorists and sending them to foreign countries have been destroyed,' IRGC Brigadier General Bahman Reyhani said in a news briefing meeting on Tuesday.

Enemies are looking for inflicting damage to the Islamic Republic, Reyhani said.

'A terrorist team destroyed recently was combat-ready with military equipments, military vests and time bombs,' he said.

The IRGC commander emphasized that the force is maintaining its intelligence superiority and there is no specific problem in this regard.

I'll give him and Iran a High-5 for this as well.

I've been doing alot of research on Sunni Muslims-ISIS and all those involved in this Muslim Civil War/Jihadist power play/ME foreign policy struggle. It's a complex situation to be sure, but what I've come away with where Iran is concerned is they hate ISIS because they're so anti-Shia. There's alot more to this, though. I'm considering starting a thread to goes into detail about it, but I'd like to do more research first.

I wonder if the Iranian government shares with the Iranian public the increasing death toll of its soldiers and IRGC officers in the Syrian mud or if they do it the Putin way.

Forget that, I was wondering about their foreign actions, directing terror attacks around the world and being responsible for the killing of countless of American soldiers in Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan...

Do what more, kill ISIS more or kill innocents more? Because I don't have a problem with them killing ISIS, it's like when Godzilla fights King Kong, you just hope there'll be lots of special effects and that the humans will evacuate the city in time.

That has nothing to do with your original statement, though, supporting the actions of the Mullahs and all they represent in terms of the terrorism they sponsor or their human rights abuses.
