You can't compare them. Police are not supposed to murder people, unless you're also referring to them as criminals.

Why is that hard to believe? You actually trust the police? You seriously think they are there to protect you? I assume you distrust government, why trust the police?

Rule #1 when writing a definition is that you can't include in the definition any form of the word being defined--e.g. "Justice is a system through which people treated justly."

So what does "bigotry" mean?

I don't distrust government per se....I distrust our current administration. Yes, I trust the police. I know a lot of police officers. I have both friends and family who are police officers or involved with law enforcement in some degree. The vast majority of police officers are good people with good intentions. It is a tiny minority of police officers who are bad. Just like there are bad doctors, teachers, mechanics, firemen etc.

Do you understand what a mob mentality is? That is EXACTLY what happens. The loud and obnoxious ones override any original point the movement had and drive it into the ground. And that is what has happened. Why do you think nobody wants to take the BLM serious? It isn't about racism. Nobody wants to deal with that mob.

I am getting so burnt out on the racism thing. I am not a racist. I don't know any racists. Chocolate cake is racist. White toilet paper is racist. "Nobody will listen to me throw a tantrum, the racists." They are going to destroy their own movement with narcissistic and self centered crap. I am sure the majority will start feeling the same way and that is not good for their cause. Pretty soon people will take the attitude of "screw them".
