The wage isnt ****ty, and most of the people in the lower management positions are 2nd income wives who have been with walmart for a very long time. They have no desire to move up, most companies usually end up firing them or forcing them to move up to a position they dont want/cant handle. How would you suggest walmart fix the problem that clogs up the ladder?yes, i'm sure they want to stay in a ****ty position at a ****ty wage long term.
