they didn't show up to work when they were supposed to.

I would have fired them. hired people that actually wanted jobs and to work.

And you'd have corporate calling for your head after all the negative publicity you brought them.

IF a company is in financial trouble, then the employees will know it way ahead of time because you can't keep a secret like that, so why organize. If during an organizing campaign, the company suddenly declares that they're in financial trouble and will close or move, that is an illegal and unfair labor practice under the law. That's why walmart got stuck.

IF what you're trying to say is true, then walmart wouldn't have gotten stuck by the law now would they?
nope I am not making it up.
    reality says otherwise.

nope they might not know a head of time. it isn't illegal have a nice day. it happens all the time. nothing is done and companies are not charged.

they are appealing the ruling and they will win on appeal.
pro-union NLB and pro-union judge I wonder what the outcome would be.

wearing union shirts do not conform to walmart dress code either I would assume.
so they were wrong that they can wear pro-union shirts. no they can't at least not during work hours.

they can't leave their jobs to go picket or strike since they are non-union. the company can hire them at will.

you lied for not being sick.

you caused someone else to have to work over or come in for your shift so you could screw off.

Yeah; you're not getting. I referred to "sick days" because that's what we used as PTO. You jumped to the conclusion that I was "committing some sort of fraud" because you didn't know what I was talking about.

Non union people don't usually take illegal time off, unless they don't care. The Teamsters Union has been in the real world of this country for 115 years, so get used to us.

nope PTO is different and not many companies use it.
you said sick days deal with it. that is not my fault.

you stated sick days that is what I was going by. taking off work by using sick days and not being sick is nothing more than fraud. sick days are to be used when you are sick.
if you were referring to PTO time then you should have said PTO time. it is not my job to read your mind or your brain and figure out what you are trying to talk about.

the teamsters are nothing short of union thugs that cry every time they don't get their way.
they bully people and threaten all those that refuse to join their little group.

seeing how only about 6% of the work force wants belongs to a union and many more are trying to escape they won't be around to much longer.
