    Absolutely they should be held accountable, what I object to is calling this isolated incident indicative of Walmarts overall labor practices

    one these workers are not unionized. they did an illegal strike on walmart and should have been fired.
    2. walmart has the right to restrict clothing apparel. in fact every company I have ever worked for has had dress code requirements.

    it is appealing the decision and they should.

    most people know that I see working at walmart are older or way younger.

    I see very little migrant workers were I live working there and we have a large migrant population.

    Walmart workers need to form a national union. lousy pay, little control over schedule, relying on public assistance to make up the difference, etc. if you don't want your workers to unionize, treat them like human beings.
