Still getting them guns ready for Farrakhan? :) Did you or did you not say that in response to the OP? Or were you just anxious to tell us about your gun collection? Is that why you were the first/second person to give any kind of serious thought to race wars? ;)

It's just approaching the situation from a different perspective.

At the time I was too young to understand what was going on, but later in life I studied it very intensely and realized that just a slight tweak in events could have lead to an all out war that would mean either I'd still be fighting it or I may have never existed.

The situation was on a knifes edge and it would have been so easy to go down that road with all the bitterness that existed at that time that by the took decades to foster through increasing brutality and oppression.

I am reminded today of all days, as it's been one year since Madiba passed away, how lucky I was not to have had that happen.

Guns been ready for years for anything that I may need them for. You need to catch up on things alittle.

Farrakhan has quite a following for sure. Race war, more people got worked up when Brittany shaved her head.
And once again its the media. Farrakhan speaks like this all the time, always has & always will. With what happened in Ferguson & NY, is why the media showed this. When that quiets down, no more Farrakhan. And nobody watches MSNBC, & sharpton is really a joke. The black friends I have think the same, I asked. Farrakhan, don't pay any attention, Sharpton was followed by laughter

I don't believe we have to worry about being attacked by Farrakhan any more than we need to depend on Crue Cab to protect us. I believe both represent extreme fringes that few listen to today.
