Man Who Filmed Cop Choking Eric Garner Was Indicted (Video).....

Blah Blah Blah Blah

Well it is a free country believe whatever you like. Just remember that when you anti-capitalists come for your revolution that you will be up against average Americans that really have zero to do with those that you blame. Some of those people hold ordinary jobs and yes some are in law enforcement.

Here is one of those people that you have labeled and broadly accused of being bad just because they have a job in law enforcement.

This guy does not look like he eats babies.

Why wasnt he givin medical treatment immediately? Esp if it was never proven he commited a crime in this instance and he was never officially arrested?

That's on the EMTs. Medical help was called for at the first sign of trouble.

Who the hell are you?

The name's Wanderer. CycloneWanderer. I like long walks, listening to books on tape, and playing sports. I dislike people who don't understand my witty comments and quote them days after they've been posted while acting offended. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance.
haha
OWNED

That claim is so absurd no words can describe it and what you wrote is 100% totally false. They put the weight of a cast iron V-8 motor on his back who obliterating his face with beating and taser.
No joko it isn't false at all, but your absurd statement is an exaggeration.

Simple crimes shouldnt result in death and wouldnt if the perpetrator of said crime didnt have a heart attack.

Or had officers been reasonable and shown proper restraint.

Someone gets pulled over for a simple speeding ticket and decides to take off and hits a buulding and dies. They shouldnt have to die for a speeding ticket. And didnt. They died because they were a dumbass. Garner died because he was morbidly obese and resisted arrest and had a heart attack.

Yes, but if a cop puts a brick on the gas pedal, that's a different story.

Garner died because he had a record and that made him a target. Cops used excessive force and then refused any amount of emergency care as he lay dying on the road. Not the sort of morality such an advanced nation should allow. Though I suppose if Dark Ages is the goal....

Garner died because he was doing illegal things...yet again...for the 31st time (that he was actually caught), and he resisted arrest. He died because he was morbidly obese and had a heart attack.

I think you are on to something with dark ages being the goal....

Just take a look at the "thug culture" and anti-intellectualism in some of our nation's communities.

"People who believe police officers are mean, vengeful, angry, bitter racists, are seeing a reflection of themselves.

Those who see them as helpful, positive, respectful, and protecting are also seeing their own reflection."

You do realize, don't you that you are a extraordinarily hateful person, don't you? I cannot take you seriously. You are a parody of yourself.
Go look in mirror.

I am not hateful to those that do not deserve hate.

Greedy capitalists and pigs certainly deserve loads.

Which was induced by the excessive force used by cops to try to bring him in. They didn't even seek to tell him he was under arrest. Had reasonable force been used, he may be alive and the city may have avoided the inevitable civil suit.

You have absolutely no idea what they told him or how they approached him. You have his friend (the guy with 27 felony arrests) starting filming just before it became physical. What you DO have is very clear video evidence of his refusal to comply. YOu then have evidence of law enforcement officials taking the man to the ground and then cuffing him. No tazing...no beatings...no nothing. You declare it excessive but the reality is that if dood had not been 200+pounds overweight and a walking heart attack, this would never have so much as made the local papers. He wasnt choked to death. He wasnt beaten. He wasnt shot. He had a heart attack because he was morbidly obese and he resisted arrest following his choice to engage in criminal behavior and being caught at it for the 31st time.

Do teachers where you are have the state's power to arrest people? Awesome. I bet the discipline in your school is pretty good.

We have the power to make a citizen's arrest same as anyone else.

I don't know. There's no doubt the police were following him. This is really starting to smell foul in any case. I still don't understand why there wasn't an indictment in the death of Garner. It would be interesting to hear the instructions given to the Grand Jury. And now there's this. The fire arms charge puts this Orta in jail for a few years. Why were the police following him? It doesn't look good, but maybe there's a perfectly valid explanation. I'd like to hear it.

So Daniel Pantaleo goes free after applying a choke hold that results in a man's death while Mr. Orta does two years for a firearms charge? OK. In that video I didn't hear them read Eric Garner his rights. Did you folks hear it? Not that it matters. Seems like the NYPD do things their way.

I'd hardly say Pantaleo is free. He has to live with this, and his position within the NYPD is dubious at this point. I didn't like the take down, but the police had no way of knowing he was in such fragile condition. I question the policy of New York and the NYPD regarding such people engaged in minor crimes. Orta deserves what he got. Anybody and everybody knows the NYC fire arms regulations. He did, and he openly violated them. I would like to know that the police were following for some of his other activities, and not for retribution. That'll never happen.

I bet he has violated countless people rights, and at the very least I am sure he is part of the fop, a distinctly terrible organization that has the power to a quit it's members of criminal prosecution, and lobby's for unconstitutional laws.

A heart attack induced by pig brutality.
