Garners killer died with him.
Elvis died taking a ****. Why? Because he was 200+ pounds overweight and a cheeseburger away from a heart attack.
I mean...come on...its not like he didnt know the drill. Its not like he hadnt been in that same situation 30 times previously.Maybe Mr Garner should have thought twice before choosing to not cooperate with the cops.
I know. And Elvis died because he took a dump. But it all started with the chokehold.
Garner choked himself and compressed his own chest? What was the video of cops dogpiling him that I saw? CGI?
Same suggestion. Try the experiment. Exhale approximately half of your lung capacity. Hell...to give you an edge do it in a CALM non-agitated state. Now...without breathing, see if you can shout "I cant breathe" 11 times, all with the same audio level. I bet you dont get past 3. Hell...2. In an agitated state, I'd bet you have to BREATHE in between every time you SAY "I cant breathe".Garner had some health problems but he might still be alive if a cop hadn't used a choke hold on him.
We'll never know, eh?
Critics Rip Rucker for Performing 'White Christmas' After Garner Decision
Is there a special place where they bring up absolutely crazy people? And thanks to modern technologies they can broadcast their craziness into the world.
Let's forbid all the words that name colors. All of them for the sake of not offending anyone, even purple penguins.
Garner ate donuts. A LOT of donuts. Then he decided to resist arrest, which was kinda silly considering he knew the drill from his 30 previous arrests. I dont know...maybe he thought THIS resisting arrest incident would go better than the last one.
Funny how the LAST time is always when people finally actually READ the memo they got.He and we all know that it didn't work out too great for him.
My guess is that it won't happen again.

Maybe Elvis should have held off on that dump for a while.
If you've become utterly desensitized then why did you post this whiny comment?
Fill us in.

Dood had been arrested numerous time for the same crime that he was reported to be doing when the police arrived. He knew the drill. He chose to not cooperate. That landed him on the ground in handcuffs. An hour later, he died of a cardiac arrest.
Nope...not a novice.I hadn't heard he'd resisted arrest that many times. Where's the article on this? I'd love to read it, to see if there's more to this than meets the eye. All I saw was this big teddy bear who looked like Michael Clarke Duncan. I didn't realize he'd resisted arrest that many times, for the same thing he got popped on this time.

"Family and friends said Mr. Garner was married with six children and two grandchildren. He has a criminal record that includes more than 30 arrests dating back to 1980 on charges such as assault, resisting arrest and grand larceny. An official said the charges include several incidents in which he was arrested for selling unlicensed cigarettes."
New York City Police Officer Won
Just sayin. With all the real and legit instances of excessive pol, icing and yes, even brutaltiy, so much effort is spent on these ridiculous cases. Its like they go out of their way to find the most worthless beat up overweight swayback nags to enter into the Derby and wonder why they never get out of the gates.Well damn.
Maybe that cop should have thought twice about using that illegal chokehold.

I haven't seen how many times he was nabbed for "resisting arrest" before, but it definitely wasn't 30.
That said, his prior rap sheet has no bearing on whether the police used excessive force in subduing him, which I think it's plainly obvious they did.
Why do you think it was excessive?
