Hell, I used to live in a different district entirely, but now it's the 193rd. Haven't moved though...
I went here and acquired the district map from 2001, then the map from 2012 after changes during 2011 and 2012.

Interestingly, because of the redistricting, in 2012 when I voted, BOTH districts were on the ballot - the 92nd (where I used to vote) and the 193rd (where I vote now).
If you look at the maps, especially in the better versions via that link, you'll note that the redistricting in 2011-2012 removed a city from the district (Hanover, it looks like)...and skirts the boundaries of two cities it was never close to before (Carlisle and Newville).
If I had to guess, the republicans did a little redistricting to give their incumbent a better reelection chance.
Edit: then again, I'd say the 2001 version was a bit gerrymandered itself. Probably democrats.
