Did republicans celebrate Obama's victory the way you expect the NAACP to celebrate Scott and Love?

LOL . Hey don't feel bad, most white liberals (and the NAACP) have a vested interest in holding onto long outdated stereotypes!!

Oh wait . My bad....Voter ID laws....POLL TAX ....JIM CROW!!! what next? ....legalizing lynching? HAHAHAHAHA
Look, I understand how the past is painful for Conservatives and especially for southern conservatives. I get it. If I had that past history, I'd be ashamed of it too. The only difference is, I'd acknowledge it, apologize for it, and bend over backwards to ensure that it would never happen again. Instead, conservatives embrace it, as though is was some golden age of American history.

Well, that's different. You see Obama is...wait for it...Black! And even worse, he's not one of those 'yessir boss' blacks!

Singling out a black organization to demagogue for doing the same thing that conservative organizations do seems a bit disingenuous at best and racist at worst.
That (bolded above) is your basic logic problem; race and political ideology are in no way naturally related. Black is to conservative as white is to liberal simply does not make sense.

The white Republicans aren't an organization that exists for the purpose of advancing black or half-black men in politics.

The NAACP is an organization that exists for the purpose of advancing "colored people". Scott and Love are considered people of color, are they not?

    Failed analogy on your part.

Pretty good role model I'd say.
As Moot so eloquently said, it's about shared values. And these people clearly do not share the values of the organization.

You don't get elected by conservative whites without being so.
