    Glamorizing this is just sick.
This comment makes me wonder if you've ever had a serious illness or seen someone go through one because your comment seems strikingly ignorant about what illness does with regard to common notions of "dignity."

This past year, I was diagnosed with and treated for cancer and before/during my treatment, I went through a lot of things where "dignity" was not only absent, but also completely unimportant. I suspect Brittany Maynard did not want to experience her last days going through those sorts of things. I went through them because my prognosis was good; Maynard's was not. I COMPLETELY understand why she wanted to end her life before it too bad. I hope, at some point, you do too.

there is always something to live for no matter how bad it gets. If she really couldnt find a single thing to live for at the age of 29 her life was worthless anyways. On second thought im glad she decided to go because she was just wasting everyone elses oxygen with her meaningless existence

Oh, wow. Wish I could say how I really feel but it would go against the rules. Let me just say you are totally off base.

I hope you get a handle on whatever is causing the level of rage you're directing at her. It's pretty clear that your attitude has very little to do with Maynard and quite a lot to do with something going on in your life.

Can we arrange for the entire Dem caucus to travel to OR in order to reflect?
I don't often change my signature, but this was just too over the top to let anyone forget with what this country is up against...
