What "liberal" policies, specifically, "created" poor neighborhoods? Be specific, show your work.

You seem to be under the common misconception that if something is not an overtly "conservative" policy, then it is an overtly "liberal" policy.

Low cost urban dwellings (Cabrini) that were poorly designed is not an example of racism, what a stupid argument.

It is also a stupid argument to suggest that welfare is provided because people are incapable of improving themselves, it is nothing more than pure straw.

The problems and issues that led so many Black Americans to reside in those places still exist Gimme.

Even after decades of "promises" from the Democrat party to do something about these issues nothing has changed. Billions in campaign contributions to Democrat causes to fix " inequality" or to right some perceived wrong haven't made it down to the people that live in these communities.

So the Democrats are USING these people. Their own Black Politicians are using them.

They give a rats ass every election cycle, get their votes and disappear and NOTHING improves.

Now that may not be a example of overt racism, but it's still manipulation and it's manipulation based on Color because the Democrat false narratives are built around race. It's STILL despicable.

What also clear is that it's the objective of the Democrat party convince enough of these people that they're being oppressed by some nameless faceless racist entity.

It's all the Left has now. They can't run on their successes, or their PRESIDENTS successes, so they have to invent divisive narratives.

It's absolutely insidious.

How can you empower someone to rise out of poverty when your'e constantly telling them they're being victimized and there's nothing they can do about it EXCEPT vote for some low life Politician ?

The Democrats need victims far more than they need independently minded individuals climbing their way out of mediocrity.

That's why there's all these manufactured narratives that focus on divisiveness. How much money was poured into Barack Obama's election campaigns and how much of it actually made a difference in places like Detroit or South side Chicago ?

Welfare policies that instead of acting as a safety net motivate people to remain oppressed are reinforced when the average Democrat comes along and claims the " White " man or the " Rich " man is keeping you down.

And all of these safety net programs, that Democrats claim Conservatives want to take away, how effective are they at actually ending poverty ? Or dependency ?

California ignores the 1996 Welfare reform law signed by Clinton, and instituted policies of their own. California is home to 1/3 of the Nations Welfare recipients and is a solid blue state.

I never said they were brainwashed. But your chart does prove one thing.

That Democrats have been lying to them for a LOOONG time. Decades of solid loyalty to the party that claims they can fix their issues if you only elect their representatives, and what's that done for them ?

The Nation of Islam has been around in this country for quite a while and the founders really didn't do much to see to it that blacks and indians were treated as eaquals did they... There is nothing far left about what's right.
 
European descent White males have done more for the human race than any other group of people........so much so that every other race is jealous of their accomplishments........and has to try to find ways to vilify them
