Personally I have no problem with transgenders using the bathroom that they identify with. So long as they've gone through the surgical transition first. Before then, use the bathroom for which your genitals coincide.
I am transgender and if I go in a female bathroom, go in the stall, shut the door, do my business, leave the stall, wash my hands, then leave the room; how does anybody know if I have had surgery or not?

Unfortunately for you, and fortunately for me, the Federal Government supports people who are transgender using the bathroom of the gender they identify with:

"Sanitary and Related Facilities: The Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (DOL/OSHA) guidelines (external link) require agencies to make access to adequate sanitary facilities as free as possible for all employees in order to avoid serious health consequences. For a transitioning employee, this means that, once he or she has begun living and working full-time in the gender that reflects his or her gender identity, agencies should allow access to restrooms and (if provided to other employees) locker room facilities consistent with his or her gender identity. While a reasonable temporary compromise may be appropriate in some circumstances, transitioning employees should not be required to have undergone or to provide proof of any particular medical procedure (including gender reassignment surgery) in order to have access to facilities designated for use by a particular gender. Under no circumstances may an agency require an employee to use facilities that are unsanitary, potentially unsafe for the employee, or located at an unreasonable distance from the employee's work station. Because every workplace is configured differently, agencies with questions regarding employee access to any facilities within an agency should contact OPM for further guidance."

What the hell are people getting so worked up about? If someone is transgendered, then why would you not accommodate them just like you would anyone else? What is so hard about calling referring to them by the pronouns appropriate for the gender they transitioned to and allowing them to use the appropriate facilities for the gender they transitioned to? Good God is it really asking that much out of people to refer to a male to female transgendered individual as Miss or ma'am (or a female to male as Mr or Sir)? It's their life and all you have to do is treat them with the same courtesy and decency that you would treat anyone else with.

is she is fully transitioned (including sex change operation) then she has every right to be in the female bathroom. And it is her feelings

My rights were not "trampled on" at all with this ruling. I am a woman who frankly doesn't care who is using the women's room because I don't personally check to make sure that someone is a "real" woman (you know, performing DNA tests) prior to them using the restroom in the blocked off stall near me. I'm normal.

If someone is trying to spy on my privates in the restroom, I don't personally care whether they have XY chromosomes or XX chromosomes, nor do I care if they have a penis or a vagina because it doesn't matter.

Why does it matter? Have you people never been in a female restroom before? There are stalls. You cannot see the other woman's private parts, whether she has a penis or a vagina anyway.

I work in retail right now, and a few days ago, we were remodeling the restrooms, one at a time. This meant one day, the men's restroom was used by both sexes and the next, the women's. I also have to allow any gender into either changing room (and even the restrooms) by store policy. It really isn't a big deal. I had a guy in with his girlfriend while she was trying on clothes just a few days ago. Wasn't a big deal.
