Uh, yeah, it's actually fairly common for law enforcement to zap prominent counterfeiters. NYC runs stings on counterfeit goods every now and then. Usually it's for higher-end goods, like handbags or clothing.

Lots of stuff got dumped into DHS, I'm not surprised they have an anti-counterfeit unit.
