    It continues.
Lets hope Tests are Negative (well know soon), BUT this is ridiculous.
Obumble&co Must ban Commercial Flights and Passengers originating from the Infected countries, if not all of West Africa.
Only Special precaution Charter flights (with quarantines in Africa) should be making the transit.

A Yale University doctoral student who recently returned from Liberia has been admitted to Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he is in isolation and being evaluated for Ebola-like symptoms.

Two Yale students who had been conducting research in the West African country where Ebola is widespread returned on Saturday, Oct. 11 and have been kept in voluntary sequestration, Laurence Grothier, Director of Communication for Mayor Toni Harp, said this morning.

A patient was admitted to Yale-New Haven Hospital Wednesday night after showing symptoms of Ebola.
The student who was admitted to the hospital had no symptoms when he left Liberia and preliminary test results are expected back from a Massachusetts lab within 24 hours, hospital officials said.

While hospital officials said it could take a day for results to come back, Gov. Dannel Malloy said during a news conference at 2 p.m. that the preliminary tests could be back in an hour to an hour and a half.
Last week, Malloy declared a public health emergency in the state as a precaution, which granted the commissioner of the state Department of Public Health the authority to quarantine and isolate people whom she "reasonably believes has been exposed to the Ebola virus."

Now, he has taken additional steps for the state to be prepared, including assembling a unified command team, led by the public health commissioner, and he has asked all hospitals to perform a drill within the next week to be sure that their procedures are up to standards.

The logistics to shut down inbound travel compared to the spread of Ebola in the US would be miniscule. A few hundred Ebola cases would bring the US healthcare system to it's knees.
ďI think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whatís being proposed here, heíd agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.Ē - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

It is harder to stop it from spreading if people are desperate enough to escape infection by travailing by land or boat.

Nobody is calling for restriction to outbound flights to Ebolaland but restricting incoming flights.

The Obama's administration State Department in the name of political correctness are still issuing 100 visas per day to Africans in Ebolaland.

There is so much fear and paranoia in this thread. With all of the BOLD text, links to right-wing blogs/news it really confirms that the right are a paranoid bunch.

Im sure many of you have seen this video already

I don't know how much UV or how long or what the source other than the sun needs to be.

But there is apparently a medical device that can do it in just two minutes: Ultraviolet light robot kills Ebola in two minutes on surfaces -- Science & Technology -- Sott.net.

Some research for affordable at-home devices would need to be performed.
You don't trust Trump? Well, there's only one way to leverage him to do what's economically right for us all: Powerful American Political Alliance. Got courage?! .. and a mere $5.00?

The Obama administration/Democrat Party look at all of these visas being issued to Africans from West Africa as possible "undocumented Democrats." That's why Duncan was allowed into America knowing that he was very likely a visa overstay soon to be an illegal alien soon to be awarded amnesty by Obama. That's why the State Department keeps issuing visas every day in West Africa and why no inbound flight restrictions.

Dallas Ebola Patient Was Another Visa Mistake

    >" Look up "likely visa overstay" in the dictionary, and you should find a picture of Thomas Eric Duncan, the Liberian man who is the first Ebola case diagnosed within the United States, and who is now being treated in a Dallas hospital.

This looks like another good case for the consular officers training manual of a non-immigrant visa that never should have been issued, but which could have serious public health consequences, not to mention monetary costs.

According to his Facebook page and other reports, Duncan is a 40-something, single, unemployed Liberian who applied sometime in the last year for a visa to visit his sister in the United States.

That is five strikes against his application:

    Single
    Unemployed
Liberian (5th highest overstay rate of any country in the world)
Has recently resided outside of his country of citizenship, displaying weak ties there
Sister living in the United States.
Together, all these factors should have weighed very heavily against the issuance of a visitor's visa to Duncan. He clearly appears unqualified.

In 2013, more than 3,500 non-immigrant visas were issued to Liberians. This number has grown steadily since 2009, when just over 1,300 were issued. Most are issued to tourists and business travelers. A relatively high percentage do not return, but settle here illegally to join a well-established Liberian community (many of whom have won green cards in the visa lottery).

The federal government has yet to disclose the details of Duncan's immigration history, but it is fair to ask why he was issued a visa in the first place? More importantly, what steps are being taken to prevent others who may be infected from entering the country?..."<
